Unfortunately no. In general once an event ends it is impossible to play the games and earn the rewards.
Quick update to this, looks like you can now preorder BloodRayne: Betrayal on the PS Store through the new PSN Play program. It also clearly mentions under the Purchase Incentives that the virtual item for Home is a BloodRayne: Betrayal t-shirt...uke:

Well, that certainly is a "explosive" blow to some of the female gamers out there that uses HOME. In the mean time Kotaku (Mike Fahey) tried the Dead Island demo for an hour and this is what he has to say, but am hoping its not going to be the same when the game officially gone gold...
I don't think it matters if you're male or female...you're still an exploding zombie...I don't see why gender would matter. If you're female you're certainly not going to look "cute" or "beautiful" in that outfit regardless
I completely understand what you mean, and that's how I feel in one way. But on the other hand I believe its the matter of fact that yet again females weren't taken into account with yet another preorder bonus. Locust mentioned "at the request of the game publisher", which might mean Deep Silver didn't have a female variant of the exploding zombie character (I assume this is one of the zombies you encounter in the game) ready to be made into a costume for Home. They might have had to create an entirely new character just for females. I don't think its as easy as "lets slap some boobs and girl clothes on the one we have now". But I can totally understand why female users who do wanna preorder for the outfit would be angry. At least everyone knows ahead of time that there won't be one, so that's $60 you can save or spend at another retailer and not on Amazon through Home.
On another note, I went and got the free Ooblag craps game active item from the new Alien Casino space but I haven't really tried playing the game just yet. Has anyone played and found any rewards? Gambling isn't really my thing, thus why I ask any high rollers here first
