It's best to experiment the material you've been given, and use it for the other 27 material to save yourself some trouble. This time you don't need to start using the same made finished material like from Christmas and New Years, and I've completed the Golden Week event doing so.
I was curious if there was a list showing what these items were? I'm not sure I will have enough time to get them all, so if I had a list I could decide what to go for and what not to worry about.

When Does the current L project event end? Don't want to waste a high ingredient mix for it not to count.
It's weird that they don't plan to use Wednesday's weekly Home update. I'm not sure why they're doing such a thing for the 12th though, unless the Golden Week ends on the 12th, but that's unlikely since May 6th-7th was back to ordinary Japan days now.
If you mixed and unlocked all 60 materials, it'll automatically tell you on the pet list what you need for the zombie girl maid. I think it's a level 34 green plus a level 33 red, but I could be wrong. Also, you'll need to buy the priest or nun outfit and talk to Dr. Hibiki to unlock the zombie pets on the list.
33 red potion and 34 yellow feather for the maid, and you will be able to unlock when you purchase the Holy outfit. Did it yesterday, she's useless for monster unless you make all the zombie pets.
There's a rumor going on that Peakvox is going to unveil a new type of pet that'll be stronger than Zombie Fran the Maid, due to the Golden Week reward of the newspaper samurai helmet. Not really sure what to make of that really...
ATTENTION! NEW UPDATE! New pet monsters, new weaponry making list, new materials, and new book searching today at Peakvox Labs, among newer rewards for alien sim, crane catcher, escape virus and the in-space terminal. Talk to Hibiki and also open the book option for your first book reward, and find 3 others around the space while playing the games, one from Monster. Total of 5 books. Probably opens up the 4th mixing tube. New puzzle for the in-space terminal from the table of notes: W NNW SSE=9115 WNW SSW ESE=1074 E NNE S WSW=???? Good luck solving this one. Oh my goodness. >< I saw some new cute creatures tonight in Peakvox monster, a Succubus like one and one in a pirate like outfit, does anyone know how to get these? :shrug:
You get them in L Project by mixing materials. They've added new materials and newer rewards in the Peakvox Labs, as I stated in the previous post.
Aah. Thank you, I looked at my monster book in the labs and wasn't sure if anything new had appeared or not, it's now at 60 total, that's including the kirin, zombies, and devils. Also I don't believe the material booklet list has increased any the final material is still the 35 purple I believe. Unless by new material you mean the armor/sword/shield/rod. Which I put the level 11 red and the level 17 red together but it didn't create the Red sword like it showed. Sorry if I don't completely understand how the new stuff works. >.<
