Whats even more annoying then anything is they simply keep releasing new content and fail at fixing what needs to be fixed. I just don't get it. We can make a flying horse, but we can't fix a URL bug, nosense if you ask me. Can we say FAILED//PWNT.

Come on Sony, stop eatting corn flakes without the milk so you can milk us instead.

They can't still can't fix the damn PSN still, even after the outage. Amazing, in fact, it's fricking EPiC...

Trying to sort my thoughts and feelings on this is tricky. I want to stay positive, but it's not easy.

When someone from SCEE finally called me here in the states from Britain to help resolve my problem with getting onto EU Home I was understandably elated. But the time and effort on my own part to get that response seemed excessive and terribly frustrating.

Did the Sony representative go above and beyond Sony's obligation by calling a customer long distance? Or am I entitled to be a bit unhappy with all that was necessary to get that telephone call and right to expect less trouble?

I certainly wish things would have been resolved faster, but it was resolved.

A lot has happened to Sony of late. Whether or not they learn some valuable lessons and change things for the better due to these problems will likely make or break their company in the end.

This link isn't all that surprising but I thought I might put it here anyway: Bad customer service irks most U.S. shoppers

(Note: for some reason I can't paste the article like I used to be able to)
