Diamond posted pics of Hopper to the forum and the server crashed. Just so you know. It's official. ;p
they have been having so many problems since the change over this just tops the cake lol. now i just wonder how long it is going to take them to get it back up. also how many people are going to even care about posting on that forum when it is back up.
The forum crash was the final straw for me ive been debating leaving that forum since the changes they made and the crash sealed my choice.
Did they change anything to the forums? I heard they did a massive update? And I also saw the Forums were down last night, go figure....lol
All looks the same to me so far, things like the spaces list still dont load so you have to reload page. newer threads still showing below older ones.
well everything looks the same to me also and still can't sign in from my ps3 there . oh well atleast i can get on here .
Hi all .. heres what happened and what i saw... Between 12noon and 1pm PST... I tried to view the 'community' forum and the page did load.. the MAIN forum page not the HOME section. It had redish fonts and the frame around the forums was this POS looking sony them like whats at the top of the forum pages but going down to the sides too.. The reddish forum links looked like they were super impossed... it looked like well POO... but the changes were soo odd ... Later I tried loading the page again.. and couldnt get access like everyone else ... I got home.. and its back to normal... Alot of censorship.. and very little HOME section activity...
oh so they made changes and then changed it back rofl. that sounds like them over there, they can never make up there minds lol .
Why I said it was odd >.<; Specially after that forum post how they made the excuses on how impossible it would be to all theme changes, etc... Honestly I dont believe alot of people will believe my post.. but still why make something so unusual up?
i believe you kitty , i know they don't know what they are doing over otherwise there would be normal over there instead of a ghost town lol.
My opinion on the new forums... kinda neutral, honestly. On one hand, the no code rule is a fail, considering that apparently 7-11 codes fall into that (and the closest one to me is 100 miles away! 100!), on the other, I'm glad to be rid of the Lithium Mods in favor of Sony mods (they seemed too robotic to me, especially in the Home section) and the Kudo System (It stuck out very clearly and seemed a little TOO important when it really wasn't, and often, pointless posts would get kudo'd and influence the search engine on the forum. Just look at 95% of the modlocks from back then, lol.).
lol i kinda have to agree about the kudos. i know remember alot of post that were very helpful or insightful but got very little kudo. where dumb or joking post would get hundereds. but i am also bias cause i had few few kudos for anything i say rofl.
umm the new forums have kudos still... that system is still in place.. only its called 'like'. Read Mohawks little 'forum rules' and it gives warning for not abusing the 'like' system as its part of their 'super secret' rank formula used to generate your titles their. Shshsss 'super secret' because the keebler elves are the creators
