DCS, you sound as if Home's sole purpose is to please DCS. If DCS has already gotten the rewards from a lounge, it's time for the lounge to go. Well, some of us don't like that. You are not going to win any friends when you advocate the removal of lounges the rest of us like for the Self centric reason that DCS doesn't get anything from it. note: I specifically chose "self-centric" because your statements aren't showing concern for others. There's nothing wrong with not caring about a lounge. But then, just dont go there. Support the few lounges that Japan has left now so that OTHERS may enjoy them.
You do realize it's just home relaunched under a new name, and the way they're adding the new core spaces are to appeal more to gamers as well. Not completely change home all together, because from screen shots we've seen/etc..the way we see home isn't changing, just our surroundings and more updated enviroment. Also, there's a difference in fighting and sharing opinions with each other. Also, since Sony thinks home was a mistake...where's the proof of that claim? an official one. Making accusations like that isn't nice.
I will be sad when the aquarium is removed, I still park my self in the aquarium from time to time to watch the fishies. I hope that this will be a reoccurring event for JP, as I have enjoyed the whole experience. (well maybe not the lack of sleep)

From page 194 and on I just find all posts redundant. Internet/forum simply is a place where we get info from and why we have to bother to bicker and reply and say who is right and who is wrong on what is to like and not like. Sometime I think posting in forum should be one way street VS replying back for a purpose of bickering and try to proof a point. After all it should be neutral and have constructive criticism or else it will lead to troll posting and feel gang up on one another. I know I have rarely lost much or anything in HOME with purchases or rewards, but DCS sometime do proof his point that it is frustrating loosing a reward and HOME is not doing anything about it to get it back. As well there is few HOME purchaser try to hound down HOME customer service (if there is one) on getting their purchase back once the transaction is made and never receive anything. I just wish HOME can run smooth and really stay on top of things. I hate to see HOME go and if that day comes, then who is gonna be bicker and who is going to gripe on spending thousands of dollars on virtual goods when the service just one day vanish and stop operating. Consider all things said and express my/DCS feeling on forum/HOME, but I am sure you all have the same optimistic feeling too if you are in DCS shoes. Let him vent and that is the only way his thoughts can be heard, so we can help each other and make HOME run as we the community wanted it (as smooth as it can be) and with a customer service support to alleviate the issue to further improve the usage on HOME.

For those that are getting an email with a link from Sony Japan, it's from the cash back campaign. (Your registered email, not your PS3 inbox) It was done through actual email because it needs to cover the customers that uses the qriocity through bravia tvs.

Unfortunately there are way too many people exactly the opposite to DCS that wanna defend home or developers and say everything is great when it aint, just because they wanna fit in or the developer gives away a freebie, some of the posts you would think they have just discovered the formula for world peace, opinions are great when based on fact and the fact is home is better than its competitors, but no where near perfect, without these opinions home will not get better and if we accept rubbish then will get more rubbish so I say keep opinions coming, but ultimately its about choices you dont have to use a space if you dont like it, or worse case use home or dont.
Point taken, but what I mean is why not give each other constructive criticism VS ganging up on individual when the individual simply just try to vent their feeling on lost items in HOME. Its great to keep the community input towards HOME, but who will be the representative to give these knowledge to the officials of HOME? Carla? Jo? Gamerindepth crew, etc? Someone (a spoke person) that is willing to voice their idea to shape HOME from the community side. My only concern is that I wish and truly wish HOME has its own Customer Service Support so user can directly contact on lost items in HOME VS other run around method to contact the Sony Support which half the time being clueless.
