I got something new from Toro Station from Sony in my XMB. It's a "Present Coupon" (?) and it's attached to a code. I had redeemed it, but I don't know what it's for.

Nah, I never bought coins for the figure dispensers. Cost too much. That XMB avatar looks nice though. I gotten some of Toro avis anyways - the fruit parade ones, if you haven't noticed.
Hmm...there may be a possibility that there is a reward item similar to how THX was distributed. Still figuring out if it's true, but it could be just a false rumor. I'll update when I get more info on it. (Update) I'm leaning towards that the distributing part was false. Will update if something comes up. (Update2) From the looks of it, it seems 95% false on the distributing part. Only the people that won got it, so if someone wants to see it you need to find 1 of the 1000 people that got it.
Does anyone know if that ticket quest for Irem is still up? I recieved the first 2 tickets so I thought it was, but the mermaid isn't there for the third one, so now I'm guessing it isn't...
No, that quest was over a few months ago. It was somewhere after Christmas. What'll give you at the end was the Irem present, and upon opening it from the portal in Home Square, you'd get the Irem cap, which also allows you to go to Irem HQ. If you also had the hat on you, you can get the exclusive white shirts with Irem ID badges from the lazy Irem Black Brigade on top of the ladder there. Since you don't have those, you can only get the fish rewards from Irem HQ and you'll need to have someone teleport you to Irem HQ. @Faga: I decided to go ahead for one chance at the coin machine in Toro Station (used only 100, since I spent so much in Irem's sale), and decided to use it on the Project Diva dispenser. Right off the bat, I gotten a nice Miku statue. I should really try and go for these in the near future. And, what reward are you also talking about? Toro or the new Aquarium ones?
The aquarium is super pretty. I'm guessing you get 100points for daily visit? But anyway I used my points and got a manta ray figurine. How neato.
I used the "gumball" machine twice and have 2 fishy trophies (100p ea.). Also, I have a new JetSki Chair in my inventory. Same color as the JetSki that I bought. (probably got this when I bought the JetSki, IDK?)
In the aquarium, when your by the glass a timer appears as the diver swims pass. Wave to him and you'll get 10p.

EDIT: Wait. There are divers in the water again and there is a clock (screen) counting down to top of hour. Now I'm #? in line. Select the "Blog" screen at back and get 100 points, watch video that shows on the hour for another 100 (may be possible to get this every hour, not sure) So far I have managed to gain 6 rewards, don't waste 100 points on one play, use 200 for 3

Points summary about the Aquarium: First-time visitors - 100 points Read the aquarium blog link - 100 points (only once) Watched aquarium videos - 100 points each Gesture "wave" to the divers inside - 10 points each All other points are made different by the pictures taken inside the aquarium as you swim, usually 1 or 2 points. Taking shots at sparkly fishes and the community crowd (when prompted) is worth 30 each. As for the file book, to put in newer fish inside, keep an eye out for the ? book icon on the lower left corner of the picture and save it to your HDD. It will be inside your file book afterward. You'll probably only have time for 3 uploads.
Can you please post pictures on where is this located? Also, if anyone can tell me how to be able to write with the keyboard in english would be good. I can only type in english using the onscreen keyboard, the second I start writting with the keyboard it writes in JP. Many Thanks.
