I just confirmed that anything besides JPN/Asian consoles won't get it from the Granzella. The jump is overriding the select so doesn't make you get it.
I would have stated that if it did. It's using the consoles layout buttons to select, so you need a JPN/Asian to be able to use the circle button.
Awwwwwww! Then half a broken heart will be fitting to the memory of the year that my US PS3 could not get the other half of the JP reward. :crybaby:

Yeah, I firgured it out last night (I live in Japan). It was interesting where you pick up the other earring. lol Still just a wee bit disappointed; no one will ever see your ring this close while in Home. A bit pointless.
I made the skeleton guy talk today (either mashed X or O, or did a sword thrust and tapped X repeatedly), but it was just asking me a question. I didn't get an earring nor I don't know what to do. My friend Nin said she got hers off of her US PS3 system. I'm not sure what to do with this guy.
That's where you get it. You should get the reward pop up while you are still talking to him or seconds after. And no, you don't have to go to Peckvox Labs first. I did it twice on two different accounts last night.
I went to Peakvox first though. So, should I stay on for a few seconds when I talk to him? I have a US PS3 system, btw. Not sure how some people with US PS3s have got it. EDIT: Yoshi's gonna help me out with this problem. Thanks a lot, Yoshi! ^^
GOT THE EARRING!!! And the heart rings, had to change sex to get the right messages but it worked! XD
The problem seems to have been the clock. Granzella was using the PS3 time so most of you had it before valentines day and was giving you the regular message. To select the skeleton just smash the x and o buttons and one of the inputs will somehow go through eventually and then you should be able to get the earrings. (Doing a stab attack and smashing x button seemed to work best when I tried my sub-account on a US PS3. YMMV)

You will find him in the game launched from the Granzella Edo space over by the longhouses in the outhouse where there was a gentleman relieving himself. When you enter the game, the longhouse area will be your first left if I remember correctly. The skeleton will be standing in the half-doorway of the middle outhouse.
