Yeah, these press releases usually have an English/Global, but they usually gets released a few hours later. Wanted to announce it while it was fresh.
But being proper English is always a good thing ^^. Its not about the speed or how fast you can get it out, its about the final presentation with precise communication to the global/western consumers. If you don't post it here, other western gaming site will do the same with their posting.

Although I don't have a source to backup this claim, I believe the reason Japan PSN took all this time is because the government just had a meeting about unauthorized computer access on June 30. It took them 2.5 months. Nice way of thinking about their economy. since PSN has been restored, i've been lucky getting access to all my accounts and have not noticed any loss of remaining credits on the US, EU or HK as Recca said, i see no reason why we could lose the credits left on our JP accnt before PSN shutdown just wait a few hours and we'll know ^^

store is currently unavailable to access in jpn home until home maintenance is done you can however download the welcome back items including the cubic apartment space for home via jpn psn store under first tab on top, then first tab on far left. edit - oh almost forgot cubic space and i think welcome back package only available for psn users that made accounts before psn outage
Ok. I think I found apartment but I'm DL'ing Toro and Kuro at the moment. I think it's a free month of the service that I review the free section of every week. Could be interesting. I like them.
