It's official… I was worried when Home Challenges: Season Two became very glitchy following our several recent extended maintenance sessions. (It's been reporting different locked/unlocked item status' nearly every time the screen was opened. Items you already received, later would show as locked; it often stated you didn't have enough points to unlock anything; etc. Some items would also require several logoff/in tries before acknowledged by inventory. Finally reached the maximum Level 5 status about an hour ago in the UK, but two items remain padlocked, apparently eternally. While the main "Progress" area states: "You have reached the highest level for this season and unlocked all the rewards"… two specific rewards still state: "You don't have enough points to collect this level of reward". Guess I should be thankful it's only two items now (and crummy ones at that): the Tier 2 "Life Ring" + Tier 3 "Tattoo Print T-shirt". When I first cleared it, it was five items that refused to unlock: the above plus "Temple of Fratos", "Gorilla Head Mask" and "Biker Jacket". Thankfully after about 30m I coaxed those three rewards out. But the other two? Not happening. Had a similar issue in NA, but at least it's all there now (only needed a couple logins back into Home). And some folks wonder why my faith in Home continues to decline… we come away from updates with ever additional glitches & lag. Good going SCEE! Considering Home-specific customer satisfaction & service have long been in the past, is there any point reporting it to deaf & blind support reps? Doubtful. They'll likely insist no such problem(s) exist, as per usual. For anyone else who's been hit with the "Challenges: Season Two" glitches in Europe, Sony finally is getting it fixed. Next week. Here's the support response… Interesting. Glad they're finally doing something about it. Anyone else find it odd Sony thinks "there is a chance" the users themselves are the issue here (e.g. "we've no real clue why this is occurring, but hopefully me can fix it given another week")? Is it really possible so many users were that stupid? And isn't ite hat they claim supposed to be impossible to even do? I know I never attempted to obtain the same reward twice… Well, just hope whatever they do also takes care of users affected by this in NA. I can't believe those are still being distributed. I haven't heard about anyone getting that in a looong time. There was a time (for some reason) when I wanted that so bad and never could figure out any certain criteria for obtaining it. I still have never seen anything concrete about what conditions or criteria, if any, have to be met to get it. Consider yourself very lucky, as I have had my EU acct. since the beginning of Home and never got it. Just out of curiosity though if you don't mind, have you purchased or downloaded a lot in EU Home and/or from EU PS store lately?
Hopper, I am 100% sure, I didn't buy anything from Eu and Na region. But I did win a give away contest from YPSH. it's bundles for lady outfits. (However, I guess it might not the reason) I'm wondering If it's related to gaint PS4 console in home square, there was a mini game for ps4 console , and joypad. (it's a annoying mini game, b'cos you must wait the game loading and you need stand near the gaint ps4 console, and visit lots of locations) And 2013 winter time, there is a ps4 contest for EU region only, I did request it send e-mail to my account. Ok thx. I honestly think it is just a purely random e-mail...or maybe something they came up with for 1 year anniversary of EU PSN sign-up after my account was already established for well over a year. I got the cake at some point, but it seems a lot more people got that than the gold PS3. No clue really, but congrats on getting it anyways.
Oh dang. No one really knows how EU players get the Gold PS3 ornament reward right? Except that it's given on your birthday anniversary. This is the first time I've seen the official requirements listed (Thanks for posting the description!). Notice that it says "downloading and playing" there, as part of those requirements. Mad-man, are you sure you didn't download any "free" games/demos or purchase anything special for $0.00 from the PSN Store in EU in the last year? Did you unlock a whole bunch of trophies on your gamelist too? *Scratches head* P.S. I've missed my chance this year.... I got the gold PS3 way back the first week they were given out but have never received the cake, would bother me more if I didn't already have quite a few cake items and the PS3 seems to be much rarer

No idea if it was pure chance, or if SCEE finally got off their @$$€$ and fixed this (they promised it would be corrected on Jan. 15, which never occurred, and then refused to discuss it again). Thanks! Though officially I did complete it weeks ago… I had five rewards that refused to unlock. Frustrating... Managed to get three of those to finally acknowledge the unlock correctly on 12/31 ("Sky Temple of Fratos", "Gorilla Head Mask" and "Biker Jacket"), but the last two were still forever doomed it seemed. Thankfully they were the two worst rewards ("Life Ring" and "Tattoo Print T-shirt"), so no great loss there. Just glad it's no longer an issue. Hope it wasn't just luck for me, but the long-promised fix so everyone with issues can now rejoice. Ah, there's nothing quite like programming errors that take forever to fix (if ever) to mess up ours days. And weeks. The only way to avoid problem for unlocking challenge reward. when you got enough point to unlock rewards. go back to your personal space, and let the challenge reward page to reload, made sure everything loading correctly before you going to unlocking any rewards. Once you've downloaded the rewards, it should be ok. Just remember don't claim your reward in any public space just in case someone cause un-expected problems.
I did had some problems not unlocking the rewards from the Home Challenges after leveling up, but leaving Home and coming back did the trick.
