I'm with you on that one. No matter how many times I play in a given session, I have rarely hit even 1600. No idea what people do to get 17, 18 and 1900's. What amazes me is the people who score well, score well consistently! That tells me that is has to be more than luck--or maybe I just dont have that kind of luck every time I play.
That's the thing, if it had to do with luck I think at some point I would have had it already and like you just said there's people doing it consistenly, I've the ID's repeating in the table lots of times. Well, nDreams already said, cheaters will be penalized so it it has to do with that, they can wait for it, if its not then I will pissed because I still don't know the formula LOL
Biggest score I've reached was around 1700's. It's very difficult to get around 1800 because the time goes by fast. Either the hackers are doing this on purpose or they're extremely lucky on the route they chose.
Kind of ironic after this that I just got 1740...on about my 15th run! lol Thats easily my best ever. We can leave Chad out of this too, because I KNOW he doesnt cheat.....he's just the gaming world's equivalent of a freak of nature and he cant help that! lol j/k Chad--please take that as a compliment...and if you could send me some numbers for the next lottery that would be great--if I win I'll give you at least $20. :tomato: Actually, I honestly dont think anyone is hacking the leaderboard or anything like that--I just dont normally have that kind of luck.
The highest for me is 1845. I don't actively try for the high scores every day, I just aim for 1600 which I can usually get in a couple of goes. I have found a lot of it is down to orb placement and luck with the teleport orbs. I have often got 1300 point with half the timer left and It goes wrong because the teleport orbs.
Don't know if anyone said this yet but do not use the teleporter from your apartment it doesn't give you the daily xp, I even tried leaving and come back threw the menu to get it and it said something about check a new item out..
^^That might be true, I've been going there everyday and it only gives me the extra xp message occasionally. I'd like to get the aurora personal space for my Japanese account, and maybe HK as well. It's a little different from the US/European version. Does this space have the cannon defense game? It's hard to tell from the pic and the description doesn't mention it.
not quite there yet. It takes about 3 days to level up at the moment, so I probably won't have it until next weekend.
Thats Ok, since im still at level 44 and will level to 45 later tonight, it will take me more than one month (?) to get to level 80 even with the neon goggles (never more than 1500 points at the orb runner game) and the aurora space (always 500 exp with my crappy 2500 max highscore).
if you get the Auroralite hoodie when you reach level 55 that should help you level up a bit quicker.
I am way behind, but I am about to hit level 25 tomorrow. I finally broke down and got the Aurora personal space so Ive breezed through the last 8 or so levels. I am really excited to unlock the silver goggles!
