The suit an at one time perceived status symbol meaning whether it be a suit for work or for those necessary black tie engagements, the suit was a mainstay when it comes to men's fashion. Now however the suit has engaged in a lot of alterations and changes a lot like other fashionable items it has changed from business wear and the basis of men's fashion to women's wear when it comes to business or for fashion purposes it is a timeless look and an ever changing trend that will continue to grow in it's usefulness as well as it's definition.
First style used: The suit that could double as club attire aka from day to night.
This suit features Lockwood's new feather epaulettes on Granzella's tight office suit with a black v-neck button up shirt and a white jacket with non-useable pockets it seemed like the perfect fit for this look with Lockwood's Foal skirt in black the look also features Lockwood's pink stilettos with pointy toe for that excellent mix of party yet business The ponytail featured is also from Lockwood it is named the alannah hairstyle which is a long top of the head ponytail. I wanted this suit to capture the day to night influence by using bright colors and using the plain palette of monochrome with it comes to the key suit items. The hair was more of an extension of how it can translate from one area of being to another in a couple easy steps of adding a nice clutch bag and the change of venue. (The models featured here going in order from behind to right next to me are: Copper_Red_mica, drake21734 eating her chicken leg, mrs__peel, Kwoman32, and PrometheusUFO)
Second style used: The suit that captures the spirit of a secretary who wants better for herself aka Professional with a twist of personality.
This suit features the suit top/jacket that was created for the hitman character as a costume in PlayStation Home, I again featured the feather epaulettes from Lockwood. The skirt is from the dani collection which is a beautiful high-low skirt and is a bit darker than the suit jacket but the fit for the look was perfect even with this shade difference. The shoes are a colorblock bootie and come from the Lockwood gift machine they are featured in a nice electric purple, almost black purple they are a great shade to blend in with the suit, white, seafoam green, yellow and purple are other colors featured on the shoe (The shoes share a view with the Christian Louboutin Futura heels from 2011 which I thought was amazing because seeing real life fashion pieces come to home and I can afford them is a great feeling). I wanted this to look a bit more professional so I tried to minimize the colors that would be considered unprofessional and even though I still featured a lot of colors going on the look still to me screams professionalism with a bit of personal style. The hair featured in this look is the new Veemee ascendeance asymmetric haircut, which is a shaved on one side and asymmetric bob style on the other, I found it to be cute even though the company might frown upon such a bold and daring style. (The boss or the model featured here is mrs__peel)
Third style used: using a retro style and updating it to fit into the present but also not trying to change the formula tooo much aka the 60s called they want their suit back.
For this look I wanted to feature the afro style in the outfit but also incorporate an era into the look but not having it look entirely dated, which by the looks of the outfit I think I did a great job of. The look features the old brown reporter jacket from threads that is currently not available the jacket comes with a black and brown collar white buttons and a white t-shirt underneath the jacket, the singstar afro with flower in hair, the white shades from threads that feature a brownish tint to them that fades into a lighter shade, the very first creation of Lockwood's drey collection the high waist gold shorts which I'm sure is probably not going to go over well with the boss but still a great look, Lockwood's Drey leather satchel in charcoal, the Lockwood leopard print original stilettos with thin silver heel. (The models here in order from right to left are PrometheusUFO, Copper_Red_Mica & her bodyguard, and Drake21734)
Fourth style used: The suit that had to go the androgynous route aka the masculine-associated style but used of a woman who went for an androgynous look.
This suit features the Granzella off the shoulder suit jacket in a white with black lace detailed long-sleeve button up, the drey rider or jodphur jeans in grey, the drey model behavior almond toe heels in a sky blue with a white chunky low heel and featuring the spock hairstyle from new dev flashman studios, which is a weird thing because the hairstyle wasn't intended to go outside of the cosplay aspect, but it created such an look when it comes to outside of wearing just the star trek uniform. This was more the style I wanted to create that features a masculine undertone (or masculine associated undertone) that was fitting and lovely and unique but didn't feel too outside of trying to fit my personal taste. (The model on the copy-machine is PrometheusUFO)
Fifth style used: the company has finally gotten to me and instead of assimilating into the styles that everybody wears I wanted to give it my own look aka I read the company dress code guidebook and this look is allowed.
This style features the Drey black and red houndstooth printed jacket with white button up has a black scarf tied around the neck, the skirt is the Lockwood contemporary cheongsam skirt in a basic black pattern with a red thin belt and golden buckle, the lockwood spats in a black and white color which are basically oxford booties the outfit also includes lockwoods expensive shoulder bag in white with a blue star charm for the zipper and black straps. This was more of a tame look that fits more into the norms of a business look but also was meant to expand on the norm and give it a bit of a change, The hairstyle featured in this look is the Lockwood model behavior anna hairstyle which is your basic bob cut with a nice bang. (The model in front is Karen)
The sixth and final style used: The office gossips meet and comment on all the secrets that they have heard around the office aka she may beat me but she can never beat my outfit. This look features the Granzella hairstyle the Human robot vol. suit jacket that features a high collar and the timberwolf striped skirt from lockwood's foal line and the silver lockwood pointy toe stilettos with thin straps wrapped around the ankle in a silver color and I also included the YPSH Lockwood Tablet free item in the look because all good gossip must be written down. This look I wanted to feature a spur of the moment style that I created that was influenced by the human bot top in a navy blue color and make it a professional office look and take it from the daft punk origin to a high fashion business look that settled into regulations wear as well. (The model beside me here is Myalana the other office gossip)
