I accidentally did it myself last week. I wore a torso/leg/foot combo and ended up with flippers and oxygen tank when I changed my leg item :p
Step 1: Wear a full body outfit. Step 2: Go into the tank. Step 3: Once you're out, change leg item. Step 4: Flaunt your oxygen tank ;D
