So far yes, but there is other ingredients that have yet to be discovered so there could quite possibly be more.
Crescent moon is in the sky, managed to get the masks and an ornament which is the same as the game statue and it is active item. (5 slots)...
You'll need to go to the full Lockwood store in the mall as that has Lockwoods complete ranges, if I recall correctly the giftmachime tab is black...
