i just clicked on the kill count. 2 and got both items and how do you get the free crackle hat?

Idk I'd like to get the Crackle Cap myself. There was some talk suggesting that it's available only by accessing the movie (or trailer) for "Step Brothers." It gives not only the Crackle Cap, but also a Popcorn Bag ornament when Step Brothers is viewed in a Loot personal space.
Let me know if that gives you the Cap or not.
