    To The Left Section Is My Settings, In There Should Be Options To Change Avatar, Profile Picture, Signature And Others :)

    OR

    If You Are Trying To Upload Pictures, Not Your Profile Main Picture .. In That Same Area To The Left, Gallery Settings .. Click Your Photos and Albums And Then Scroll To The Bottom, It Will Have A Button That Says + Upload Image .. Use That :p
