Hi all, I just wish to highlight some of the systems we have in place here at YPSH that are designed with the user in mind, so to start things off I'm going take a close look at the sites Home Stores system. The YPSH Home Stores database is designed to show users what is new to Home every week from all regions, with costing from each of the main regions. It also lists Free items from each region, along with the weekly x7 preview items (x7 is US region only). But that's not all, here at YPSH we like to go that extra mile to give the users the information they need, because it's not about being first but giving users a system that is helpful, so with that in mind I'm going highlight some of them systems. Ajax Search The sites Ajax search system will start showing you items based on the information you are entering as soon as you have entered 3 or more characters and will keep on editing the list as you enter more. The list will show the items Image, Name & Cost, this is to make it very easy to spot the item you are after. Narrow By The Narrow By system is a YPSH first for any PlayStation Home Stores Database & we are the only site that gives you this type of system right now. This system will help you narrow down the items on display by: Item Type, Body Part, Furniture Type & What Store. This makes it very easy to find only the type of items you wish to see, So if you are looking for Female only Leg items, you can use this system to only display the Female Leg items, or if you wish to look for Torso items along with Leg items, you can do so also. This is a very powerful system, that we here at YPSH personally feel was needed to help the Home community, we also have a limited number of items that will show you what store you can get them from within the SCEA region, this number will grow over time as we add more items to it, plus other regions stores. Specification & Compare Item's like personal spaces, are more than just a single item, they have a number of systems that have a effect on if a user will buy it or now, Here at YPSH we list this information for you via the Specification tab when viewing a item. We also, let users add items to a Compare system that you can then use to compare items, to see what one is best for your needs and is of the best value/spec. Clear Item Marking Some items within Home are not clear to if they are a Active item, Companion or contain both Male & Female items, so here at YPSH we add clear icons to the product listing to show you just that & also to show if we have added a video of that item. Social networking Users can also comment on items, via facebook comments at the bottom of each items listing, plus share a item across a number of social platforms like Facebook, Twitter & more, or via the old and trusted E-mail. Plus More Why we have highlighted some of the main systems the YPSH Stores database can also let users rate items, review items, view a brands items only plus more. Like always, here at YPSH we are always looking to what the community want and would like to see added or edited, so your feed back really is welcome & wanted. We like to push the limits and give the community what they want.
Be nice if Home actually had a search feature both in the Mall Stores and in Wardrobe. Maybe one day. Perhaps they should hire Carla.
