What new features would you like to see added in Home?

I started a thread to list existing problems on Home. Now,

this thread, will list NEW features all of you would like to see ADDED.

I will take all VALID ideas and add them to this post (below) so that there will be ONE list that is updated. PLEASE check the list BEFORE you post to make sure it isn't already listed. Who knows? Maybe we can get some wheels turning. Remember please that this is not a rant thread. It's just to get together an honest list of new ideas for additonal features. Keep in mind that your ideas have to be reasonable and doable.

List Of Features We Would Like To See Added In Home​

1. Labels on all furniture items and clothing items in inventory menus. (submitted by kwoman32) Include a Category and Theme feature (eg: LBP series) (submitted by phunky-phenom)

2. More seating positions. Sitting sideways on the Animus chair makes no sense (submitted by kurisu7885)

3. It'd be nice to lie down on a bed. (submitted by kurisu7885) ​

4. The ability to see if what YOU just texted is filtered (offending words will show up as stars in the chat log after you hit enter). This is done in Free Realms (and other MMORPGs), why not Home? (submitted by Caspearious)

5. Custom Status messages like, "Is feeling Indifferent", "Is bored to tears", "Is feeling optimistic", "wants to play mini-games" (submitted by Caspearious)

6. Text emotes similar to how MMORPGs do things with an \em <text action> when entering something like \em happily munchs on chocolate chip cookies! it would appear to everyone in the chat log as "Caspearious happily munchs on chocolate chip cookies!". Maybe even a square bubble that appears overhead to denote an action has been done by that person. (submitted by Caspearious)

7. \sing <text> - this would show up as a different looking text bubble to denote it as singing. Maybe a double border box with a small musical note next to it (submitted by Caspearious)

8. Lay on the ground (various poses/positions). (submitted by TK429)

9. New animations for avatars to 'interact' with each other like the touching (appropriate) parts of the body, shaking of hands, etc. (submitted by TK429)

10. New 'idle' animations- selectable 'emotive' animation for walking perhaps? (submitted by TK429)

11. A much much better way to organize my inventory. My shirt inventory is a flood of data and lagtime.... (submitted by Firefly)

12. Hug and Kiss (submitted by Mika40)

13. Give objects to each other (submitted by Mika40)

14. Ice skate, eat food, comb hair etc (submitted by Mika40)

15. More active item slots (submitted by gary160974)

16. Raise the limit on the amount of furniture that can be placed in a personal space (submitted by strider367)

17. Add a favorites category to inventory menus (submitted by strider367)

18. Any sort of water physics and/or swim animation (submitted by Ultra)

19. New dances (submitted by Ultra) like the "Wave your hands in the air"

20. Better previews for furniture (i.e. ability to move it around your space before buying, or expanded preview window with sense of scale) (submitted by Ultra) or an item preview area for each store so we can see the size and detail of items better than how we do in stores currently, something similar to the one at the recently added Loot space station. 21. Ability to choose songs on Playground Boombox item (submitted by Ultra)

22. Ability to control night / day in other spaces besides the yacht (submitted by Ultra)

23. The ability to turn off the item labels (submitted by Joanna Dark)

24. A personal camcorder that you can use in public spaces allowing the use of zooming, panning and the like when it comes to making movies. (submitted by Joanna Dark)

25. Better water effects. Get that wavy light diffusing effect like real water. (submitted by kurisu7885)

26. Long-awaited ability to play music and/or video from the HDD in our personal spaces. (submitted by MsLizaChan)

27. The ability to turn "off" active items so you can have more than two in a space, but only 2 turned on. That way I can leave my pool table/darts where they are and still throw in a few other things. (submitted by the_fps)

28. Have companions turn on automatically every time you enter a space or exit a game. I never use mine because it is so much trouble to turn on every time. (submitted by the_fps)

29. More voice chat in games (submitted by the_fps)

30. Retain custom hairstyle when wearing hats. (submitted by phunky-phenom)

31. Ability to change clothing items or looks in friends or another persons' personal
space. (submitted by phunky-phenom)

32. People from uk & jp can view pics in your space at usa (submitted by RedMoonSheWolf)

34. A professional programmer/database expert that is on staff within NA Home's offices (not in EU) whose job is to troubleshoot Home's problems. (submitted by Firefly)

35. A professional at customer service whose sole job is to help Home users. (submitted by Firefly)

36. I would love having the choice of wearing two different hand items. (submitted by Elmo-JO)

37. Choosing to wear a jacket, coat, or sweater with other clothing items. (submitted by Elmo-JO)

38. A more in depth color selection for hair, it feels so limited right now. (submitted by Elmo-JO)

39. Being able to set commands to keyboard like in MMORPGs like setting salute to F1 or control 1 (submitted by Avilesc)

40. The guys need more Facial Hair Selections (submitted by DCS)

41. More realistic dances, moves and facial expressions (submitted by k-rolyne72)

42. Interactivity with other avatars (shaking hands, kissing, ...) (submitted by k-rolyne72)

43. Open a worldwide lounge as we had with the feva arena (good to meet people from other regions) (submitted by k-rolyne72)

44. Improve wardrobe and furnitures management by adding 4 categories to place items:

45. Still in wardrobe, give ability to separate right hand from left hand to allow 2 portable items (submitted by k-rolyne72)

46. Add a jewelry category in wardrobe not associated to hands (submitted by k-rolyne72)

47. Consider dresses as top clothes so we could use leggings in some cases (like we can do with Music Cafe 70's dresses) (submitted by k-rolyne72)

48. In the characters saving slots, show the full avatar, not only the head (submitted by k-rolyne72)

49. For each private space, give several saving slots for the furnitures to allow party themes, basic themes, etc... (submitted by k-rolyne72)

50. Increase the number of guests in a private space, 12 is too few (same for clubs, too few people can get in) (submitted by k-rolyne72)
