I just realized something... I can't remember the last time NA has had an event that was good. Something that wasn't a recycled space(like Winter Wonderland). And didn't include some pay feature to access more. What was the last really cool, absolutely free, fun NEW event in NA Home?
I don't know if this counted as a event..But the sony make believe event was free and fun if you ask me
Do you mean the Feva stadium thing? I thought that was great fun too. A shame they took down the only cross regional space. But that was back in July or so!! hmmm... I'm going to post this in NA Forum too.....
No it was the event where you had to watch a few movie type things in the central plaza, And after you watch it you get a reward like the make believe drumset..And after a while the ball in the middle of central plaza explodes and you get the make believe shirt
I'm just hoping they can make killzone 3 work right in the cp. That shouldn't be pay to play. Ah what am I am thinking. They will screw it up. The only thing you can be sure about in NA. Their really good at epic fails lol...
Yeah, I just hope the whole "in CP pre-order" of KZ3 would be stable. I don't want to see that to fail. If it failed and lots of people gripes about it in the Official HOME forum the next few days down the road, then I don't know what to think any more..
Hopefully the future will look brighter? Does liking one of the reward items from the Scion event constitute as a good event?
Scion obviously was the Turkey Chase with cars instead of turkeys. But at least it was fun. When was that? SOmeone in forum mentioned that Playstation Move Event. That was fun. Can't remember what month that was... Same with the convention space for E3 rewards. Wow... Is there a timeline online somewhere for Home Events?
I think we will have problems getting in the game and it crashing has normal, Home really needs to add better and more servers to its net work, doing so they will find it works better and faster because errors happen when systems can not keep pace with data flow and also why you get the slow down.
Feva was the last good event. Although I agree the make believe event was great. At the sametime they had the Easter Huntdown event... where you had to find the code through posters, videos, and the website... That was challenging and fun, but ages ago.
NA has free events? Since when? I have to agree with the above post. the Easter event and even the make.believe. events were pretty cool. I loved E3 2010 event as well. Nothing else that comes to mind that I really really enjoyed.
I think the last of those were in July. July 4th wasn't so bad either. Not a great event, but I liked it. Looks like someone's hasn't really cared about creating new events for awhile....
