What games would you like to see remade for PS3?*Note: only PS games (PS1/PS2) you can also add box cover or Screenshot! My post for this thread are games I felt could have or should have been better, Yours can be for whatever reason, I know a few gamers who want a remake just for better graphics. 1. Samurai Champloo (PS2): A big let down for me, especially seeing as it was Namco Bandai who published the game. 2. Yu Yu Hakusho (PS2): Horribly excuted game both visually and gameplay wise! This yet again a let down as Funimation oversaw this project!
Haunting Ground lol actually it's not the pictures or videos that cause the forum to lag but rather alot of features on the forum altogether, turning off the java script helps some. Anyway a game i love to see remade for the PS3 is Haunting Ground improved graphics & running on PS3

Let's see.. Okami, Romance Of the Three Kingdoms series, Tokyo Xtreme Racer 0 and 3, perhaps both Robotech games. I think Kimilicious had pretty much cover some others I was thinking, but definitely these. :thumbup1:
My, my, that is quite a long list, but you've got some serious gems in there MGS series, RE series (I would really like to see a remake of 1 myself for PS3, update graphics), and a lot more lol! As far as games coming to PS3, there only allowing the most popular ones to do so, which is quite sad, seeing as how some unpopular games are a lot better than the more popular ones!
Yet another rare game mention VampireWicked, you never cease to amaze me! This game does look incredible and I can only imagine what it would look like on the PS3!!

Agreed "Okami" would be beyond a masterpiece if remade for PS3, I was actually thinking Capcom was going to take it in that direction, but sadly they shut down "Clover Studios". Out of all of the bonus material (Videos) provided by game after beating it, the video I found most interesting was the "Internal Company Presentation A" which depicted Amaterasu in an almost 3D like form and one that I thought would be implemented for a sequel or remake! :surprise:HO-LY-CRAP!!! Although I've beaten the game, but apparently not good enough to come across this video. That was 100% awesome. I think I will be dusting off my game in the near future. Oh yeah, last I remembered for some reason i could NOT get past the entrance way to the monsters' lair in trying to get to Ninetails through new game + mode, yet I could do so during the first time around. Weird, isn't it?
lol Yeah this video is very awesome, but it's even more awesome seeing it on your TV because, this youtube video is quite blurry and doesn't capture it's true magnificence, so I would indeed recommend you "dusting off your game" lol to see it!! It's very well worth it!! As for the difference in your new game +, that is very strange indeed!
Sorry I got side-tracked on that video. Now for my actual response. It really does break my heart when games like these don't receive the attention it should. In this case, due to Clover Studios shutting down. But wait a minute, technically they DID release a sequel but it was for the Nintendo DS. I remember reading in an article that the game takes place only 3 months after the events in this one. I wish Capcom would have purchased the rights to this game, so there could've been a chance that a PS2 (or even PS3) sequel could've been made a reality. Trust me, when I was playing this game. I was completely ENGROSSED in it. Wild Stallions couldn't drag me away from the tv screen. The majority of the gaming world slept on this game. I'm just glad that fans such as you and myself did have the honor to play such a masterpiece. I salute you and everyone else who were fortunate enough to own this game.
lol "Okami" has that effect!! Yes, it is very sad that it didn't get the attention it deserved, yes Clover Studios did release a "Sequel" if that's what you want to call it for "Okami" on the DS, but technically it's just a low grade remake of Okami for PS2! I don't know about capcom these days, there doing a lot of things I'm not too fond of, such as re-releasing games that they've already released! Yeah, I agree, Okami will entrance you (1st play through I couldn't put the controller down), especially if you've never played it before! That's also true a majority of the gaming world did sleep on Okami and as a result I was able to get my copy of it! It's there loss, not ours (those who bought or played the game). I'm glad as well Grand_viceroy that we had and have the honor to play this game! I salute you as well, for knowing what a great game is!!

I can't believe I let this slip my mind! "Fear Effect" is one of my all time favorite games! I liked all the characters, but "Glas", was my favorite! I would definitely like to see a remake of this!!
