what region are you in, real country, country address used when account created, region played, all affect if some things work, media plays, spaces available in some regions, etc.
hmmm... I think it's Loot that makes your big screen. If you go into the Loot store, there's a free small tv. You can use the free small tv to test if you're able to watch the movies available on the big ones.
free one only shows loot previews, not sure it is good to base if you can watch movies and music from that.
The best way it find someone got Loot TV at his/her personal space and invite you goto there, and let you try to access it, and see if it work fine.
