Locust_Star just announced that PlayStation Home will be taken offline for scheduled maintenance on the evening of Monday, November 15th and will be up by early afternoon on Tuesday, November 16th. I posted this here because us.Playstation. forums is kinda difficult to access for some users & since many others like myself don't have access to a PC & the forum doesn't work properly using a PS3 browser Can go here & find out when a maintenance is going to take place. Maintenance takes place & over half the users are surprised by it from lack of notification & Not ever user goes to the forums So any information on maintenance schedules please reply here or some whenever you get that information & myself & others can message those friends that don't access forums to have them prepared Thank you

With updates like 1.4 a follow up maintenance or two is expected, i just like to know what days atleast so i can prepare my friends so they won't be going crazy. As i said before not everyone can access the playstation forum & i'm sick of asking HCVs for information & they tell me to go there, Here i can get something useful
Home's likely to be down 3 times this week, todays, then the weekly thur downtime and PSN is due to go down on friday what will very likely see Home go down also.
I don't think there's anything wrong with maintenance either, as long as it's scheduled and there's enough time to let people know. Routine, perhaps once a week is perfect to make sure things are running as they should be. Oddly enough, I have a friend I talk to that lives in the UK that is trying to get her Home set up, but so far she hasn't even been able to get connected; and when she called Sony, they said the network has been down or too busy. If that is indeed the case I think it's kind of ridiculous.

Seems like PSN and HOME are having so many Problems! Most likely nothing will get fixed. And they took it all down in the end for Nothing! If it keeps going this way it won't be long and Home will come to an end as people will get tired of trying to get on Home at all. AWW! Oh Well! I guess we can all go watch TV in that case. Sadly i've slowed down on my trips on PSHome alot, the items being sold or getting way to expensive the areas are getting dull & boring, i'm sick of dealing with the pervs the stray messages stray friend requests with no defense against it, The lagging the repeats of annoying videos playing in the mall bowling alley & wherever else. Guess what, SaintsRow2 is my PSHome replacement
I agree that Home stores load really slow. I did notice that after last weeks maintenance, some items did load a BIT faster, but not fast enough. BTW, thanks for the maintenance updates... it helps me before I go dismantling the home network thinking it is on my side.

I noticed that lately sometimes the items in the Home's stores don't load. The little icons take forever sometimes. That's not even getting to previews. Just the icon itself....

I've been having a similar issue but in cases the icon won't even load, or I get to see the preview and there's no texure, or at least broken textures.
