When u finish playing the S2 game, a window appear ask u if u want give your feedback about the game. Just say yes and when the link open just select feedback S2, answer the questions and thats it. They email me the code in less 24h.
Not sure why you had to create a new thread for this, but I'm going to try this though I'm not 100% positive it will work as it seems quite clear they were intended for original testers. Also if it does work you can give feedback without having played a game (even after playing a game it may not show that message as there are several messages that may show) you can go into the feedback section in the games menu.
Was the email for EU? If so, then the mail was sent to all those that were invited for the beta testing for EU. Not sure about US though.
Rachel-xD-88 for me this was good news, and I don't know that this code will be send for a long time. This thread is the same as many other and moderator can move it if he considers it necessary

I just finished the game and answered the survey before the race. However, I did in fact went back to the survey again and submitted it again after the race (no changes). I'll take a look at my email for it. Hope I'm not too late.
I wasn't directed to the survey after I played the game, I found the survey under Help & Options in the Sodium 2 game menu though. Not sure which ones I had to fill out, so I went ahead and completed both the Sodium 2 Feedback and Player Data surveys. No biggie if I don't get the skin, green isn't my color anyways.
