You needed to get a redeem voucher for the axe, from a store participating in the magic celebration 2011 event.
I'm gonna try and hit up the local comic and card shops tonight (the promo was for last week really, but a lot of places have extras). I called around and every place I talked to that does Friday Night Magic has left over cards.... I just got to get to them!
Not to sound harsh, but if you people want a code you're gonna have to hunt one down yourselves. No one has spares anymore, so sitting here asking will fall on deaf ears. Next best thing you can do is call the cardshops that held this event at their store last week and see if they'll give you one over the phone, but be warned that a lot of them will be greedy and hold onto what they have for no apparent reason. Use the Event Finder search bar here at this link and see what stores are nearby, that or put in different cities, states and see what stores you can find that might give you one.
