Wish I was able to partake of the Beaver Hat reward… I visited The Casino space multiple times yesterday using both my NA & UK accounts, yet the reward items themselves never would wind up in my inventory (and yes, of course I checked storage also). :shrug: Odd thing is, every time I entered The Casino space, a "Canadian Thanksgiving: Beaver Hat" reward popup would appear at the top of my screen. Further… no "New item received" alert ever appeared in my Chat Log; nor was the item wasn't newly listed under the "Personal > My Rewards" section. Even rebooted several times without success; tried clearing my cache (generally useless in situations like this anyway); and tried going thru my secondary PS3 (an original awesome "phat" unit).:crybaby: I finally abandoned all hope at midnight Pacific time, after wasting so much of my time for naught. And I wasn't the only one… a couple other friends had this identical problem, as obviously did the other frustrated/confused users asking about this inside The Casino. Nobody should ever have to go through such hassles attempting to obtain any freely-given reward — especially such limited ones — when the process is supposed to be so simple and transparent. Yet such issues still occur on a far-too-regular basis throughout Home. Anyway, although I'm S.O.L., I'm certainly glad for (and envious of) those who received the "Beaver Hat" items without issue… Congrats! Hmph. Guess I might as well just appease myself for now with the non-virtual Davy Crockett coonskin hat I picked up from Disneyland several decades back…♩ la la la laaa la luh la laa ♪♫ Davy, Davy Crockett, king of the wild frontier ♬
