Cutteridge estate clubhouse is my favourite home space. It's about the right size, an old house with Library, dining room, entrance hall, side room, leading to thekitchen, then from the entrance hall we can also go upstairs to find 2 small plain rooms sitting opposite each other, a veranda overlooking the entrance to the house. Then there's a bathroom, unfurnished, I put the 'Modern lines bath' in there, then we have an attic room with eaves, two windows, and thereis a secret passage in there (spoiler). next we goto the main bedroom, pretty large, 2 windows, one big main window, then a kooky little side passage leads to another window, this time small and stained glass., we can also step out here onto another veranda. The last room upstairs is the secret locked room. If we go back downstairs, either side of the staircase is a small passage, down the left hand side is a secret room with mini game.

The outside grounds are done nicely, there is a swamp area with a small jetty. Shame we can't go into the swamp in a row boat, punt, raft... I placed the train track award from Acorn Meadows park, asthough a ghost train might come out of the swamp.

Further round we get to see a seascape with a lighthouse... again, shame we can't climb down the rocks & row across to the lighthouse.

Round to the next side is a wishing well and Jasper's field mini game.

It is then back to the front of the house.

Aside from being a great space to be in, moody, atmospheric, lots to explore, the mini games make this space well worth the money.

A basement would be good, and although I like the table in the dining room, I wish it was removeable, and I wish we could get onto the roof...

But all in all, the best space I've experienced, andwell worth the money, (get the value pack including the games is my personal advice)
