Just thought I would pass on a little warning, since this just happened to me... I tried to buy two items, today, which were... 1. Intriguing Monocle 2. "I Have No..." Shirt Pack During the purchasing process, I kept getting a store error, which is one everyone has been getting, lately. Just a moment ago, I logged back into Home, to see if I would be able to get the store to work and let me purchase those items, which is where I stumbled upon something else that upsets me. My purchases went through, only the items are not in my inventory. I have the E-mail saying I bought those items, but none of those items are in my wardrobe. So if you're in the mood to buy something, watch out.
I personally haven't gotten any store errors since about Sunday/ Monday, but I know I've had your issue happen on a few occasions, every time the items would have appeared by the next day. While we're warning people to be careful I should point out (though this may be fixed after this weeks maintenance) that the new watch item from conspiracy appears wrongly in Threads... the male version appears in both male and female sections, if you want the female version look in Costumes (and probably the conspiracy space itself)
This is the first time I've had this happen to me, but I'm going to give it a day and see if the stuff shows up and then if not, it'll be time to contact Sony. I'm not sure if it did it, because of how many funky things have been going on with the store, lately, or if it's just doing what it naturally does from time to time. So I thought a little friendly warning would be good, just in case this happens to anyone else.
I Had The Same Thing Happen To Me Few Weeks Ago, I Purchased The Loot Shelves (ones that go onto the wall) .. And I Got An Error As The Purchase Was Processing .. When Back To See If I Got It .. NOPE. When To See If The Store Said I Had Purchased It .. It Was Checked With The Red PSN Logo Bag Indicating I Did Purchase It, But I Couldn't See It Anywhere In My Inventory .. I Contacted A Moderator About It .. No Word From Them Yet. >8(
i had that problem with the "big silly white gloves" from the slap happy game. got them from the costumes store and never received them. i have it in the transaction history but their solution was to just remove it from the store. but i had your problem i was downloading pants from lockwood and got a server error in the middle of it, but they did show up in my sotrage way at the bottom, so just check in there. if not i guess it's just like the gloves. im just staying clear of buying things until the sotre madness is done.
I got my items, today. They showed up in my storage. They weren't in there last night, but I'm glad they were, today.
It already happened twice that items didn't show up in my inventory after buying. Both times I had an error while purchasing (because of the error I was logged out of Home, but I was able to continue my purchase though). It's hard to explain the solution in English, but I'll try I think that because of the error, the download progress had been stopped. The items were still there waiting for being fully downloaded, but they couldn't because you cannot continue the download progress manually. When this happened for the very first time, I was afraid to buy anything else in Home, but finally I tried it again, which was a very good decision, because when the new items began to download, the "old" download queue was finally able to continue and I recieved all of my items!
