I just got this message from a friend, For those that may not know already or haven't seen anything about it Everyone make sure that u have the second version of the 3.56 update if you dont have it or your not sure go to system update and update via internet ........ its no joke whoever dosent get it runs the risk of there ps3 being bricked as there were problems from the earlier version of 3.56.............if no one belives me try what i said above go to update via internet it will take 2mins and saves your console being bricked send this to all your freinds as well
I was told by my friend about some kinda spyware in the 3.56 firmware update, I think my friend was going joking about it till i found this website & something called a rootkey. Well shortly after the first 3.56 version my HDD got corrupted, i don't have a moded system i don't run any OS i have just a normal PS3 then 1 day i turned on my system & the PS3 startup won't appear So i turned it off waited then turned it on again & i saw nothing but a black screen so for some reason shortly after 3.56 my HDD got corrupted.
I'm still having some issues with my PS3 even after the second version of the firmware 3.56, little things like sometimes my XMB has a slight lag, anyone else having some issues to ?
