    I actually asked in the sony ps home forum about the items that qualify to get into x7. The still have yet to update the poster to the left even though they verified that yes, any of the Diamond Beach Mansion purchases also gain permanent access to the club as well.

    you can buy any part of the old mansion for $10.00 to gain permenant access to X7
    plus if you own all sections of the mansion you gain access to the VIP area.
