Can't imagine theres much of a home team left in that region. Really they should ban users that cheated. But shouldn't they then ban every user on that winners list that's violated sonys terms and conditions. Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2
I have to agree with Baron and Gary on this one. The attack from the first run from those hackers was completely ruthless and terrible, yet they decided to just ban anybody who was affected by the glitch and reset their score for being "cheaters". Even almost yelling at them point blank behind a computer screen while typing them of their stupidity and immorality of not fixing the problem sooner and awarding the points back wasn't enough to deter them to really apologizing and giving away something for nothing, like compensation on the Top 30 rewards, HK PSN money, or anything like that. If it was more of a big corporation like NA, EU, or Japan, they would readily have done something about it, and the compensation or fixing the problem would've been there sooner. But, since the event was run by a mediocre team like Asia, they really didn't have the security nor the technical staff to know how to fix the problem, so using that blunt and ignorant choice to ban the people that glitched and resetting their scores, was in their own mind their best option. In all the events around regional Homes, this was the poorest event so far.
You know, some people I know in asia region also got ban from the MG Run The bug get them into trouble. That's a real big problem. Actually, I did cap a pic with my moible phone that someone using glitch to cheat. B'cos he is dump enough to post in public chat box, not using PM. However, I check the result, the guy isn't made it to Top100, or maybe banned by sony.
I think other regions with all the modded avatars, glitched gift machines, cloned appearances, challenges completed the day they come out, hacked items etc, are having they own issues and these users still aren't getting punished either. Currently nefarious users of home are having more fun than honest users of home and that isn't just Asia that's home wide. Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2
Gary you got the point, it's not only asia region problem. Jap and Asia region users have the hard time b'cos there will be not more new contend update. and some space even removed. Anyway, Im still enjoying spend time in Asia & Japan region. of couse I like working on challenge in EU and NA region as well.
Sony Asia has released the final Money God event rewards and theme now. Check your PMs and enjoy them. Please remember that the MG figurines and the clothing needs to be written down and then redeemed. The theme itself is available under the downloadable attachment. The figurine code will be under one bundle, so don't fret if you suddenly got one thing redeemed. Probably the same with the clothing code. I took a picture of what the figurines look like - and I snagged a trophy for it. Granzella did a nice job of this.
I know that you, Clawbone, and DCS has the outfits under the 1-30 rank, but I don't know if they got them. Did you? Me and Baron Brain were under the 31-100 list.
It may be added later. I also forgot to include Faga being one of the 1-30 finalists. He was 30th last time I saw the rank listings during the last games. You might want to check your real email account under your hong kong region and check to see if the code did come, including your spam folder.
Guys, you can download PS3 《SOULCALIBUR:Lost Swords》on April 23 from PS-Store in Asia Region, and it's free.
Soul Calibur: Lost Swords is a free to play game. You only need to pay if you want the stronger weapons (random draw though) or to restore your tokens (also recovers by time) or for continue tickets when you die during stages.
Isn't it like Angel Online in the Japan PSN Store? Though, usually all their Chapters and stuff are free.
Angels Online is a MMORPG like FF14 online. Soul Calibur is a fighting game like Tekken Revolution, but with a different standard in it's microtransactions. And there's no online VS mode. All are CPU stages. You pretty much need to pay $15 to go for a chance to get the best weapons and clothing, but it's random so there's no guarantee you get the best ones or for your character of choice. (you get 6 random items, 1 super rare and 5 rare items. also heard some people got duplicates during that 1 transaction) You can also pay about $3 for 1 rare item. It's still possible to go through the game without paying though. You do get a few rare/somewhat rare items going through the stages. But it does get harder as you go because the max stats of these items can go less than half of the super rare items. (and probably the reason why there's no VS mode)
