I'm really looking foward to getting the underwater space reward. Unfortunately, the legendary fish aren't spawning. I've looked for information on how to catch them within 3 sites. Still no luck. What is going on with these fish? lol

I got the underwater apartment a week or so ago, (check my pics), the fish are there between 12:00 midnight ( so 00:00) & 3am... I was lucky to be up at that time. Also it states that the green fish comes when there is a full moon. It was suggested to me that changing the time zone on the ps3 might get results, I tried this quite a bit and got nothing. I've caught the catfish this evening. I guess I will have to catch the other two fish tomorrow. I also have a question about these rewards. My friends have been playing this game. One friend has caught 15 fish and now she wants the legendary fish. She's really aiming for the Underwater space as well. As for my question, Are guest able to get the space as well? I really hope so. I've had a few friends say that they got fish but did not get the tank. If they got fish, there has to be a tank for them. I tried to give a few tips that I've noticed to my friends. I caught the catfish by entering and exiting the game when I did not see the catfish in the water. I'm sure all the fish are larger in size and can be spotted easily.
