I've been unable to use Tapatalk on my iPhone all say. Any attemp produces a crash. Seems I'm not alone… reports have been flowing in of identical issues from many iPhone/iPad users. So if you're also experiencing issues, you're not alone. Here's one of the more cogerent explanation from the Tapatalk support forums: "Since yesterday tapatalk pro and hd are no longer working an my ipad air or on my iphone 5s. Login produces a crash. Search for Forums produces crash. Tapatalk pro and Hd are useless at this time. New installation or restart of ios didn!t change anything." Wonderful. At least it's apparently still working okay for other non-Apple brands. No statements from Tapatalk support on the issue last time I checked… (well, it is some holiday it other I believe)
Tapatalk iOS users rejoice! It's working fine again for all iPhone & iPad users (as of 6:37p PST). The crashing issue was definitely on the server side at their end. Yup, so do I. Very nice and it works great! Only thing I wish they'd add are more BB code tags (2 is rather useless; no idea why they haven't aded more) yet — it's been requested by many folks!). Just wish I didn't have to code everything myself. Even better would be something like a built-in rich text editor so we can fix up posts quickly.
