I usually get the answer from Japan Home Wiki than just word of mouth, for confirmation purposes. And yes, the picture is the reward you get for answering correctly, and you'll only get it after the quiz day of that poll ends - mostly 2 weeks from now. I found it under the new Japan Home Community website that have now that shows the pictures - which is also the case for choice rewards (i.e. Shoei red and green bicycle suits) when I post them up for everyone to see and vote for themselves what they want.
Who's been making my iPhone constantly bleep…? Aha! Many thanks Recca… sorta assumed that was the case, but I'm still a bit new to the "Vote!" deal. Was wondering where the pic came from, since the usual culprits haven't been updated that I saw — guess I need to poke around a bit more thoroughly. And thanks for answering my question on the bike suits, especially since I hasn't yet asked you! Your Home telepathic abilities have become impressive indeed! I saw someone wearing this yesterday in the Kingdom entry when I was rechecking my cat list, but had no idea when it had been released. (Obvious where it came from due to the "Show-A" text imprint.) Assumed it was something released during my extended… uh, "vacation"… to the Underverse. Forgot there'd been a couple previous votes prior to the Xmas one. I did a search on your "Cotton" pic and found this: 公式ブログ | プレコミュ | プレイステーション® オフィシャルサイト (Official Blog | Play.Community | PlayStation® Official Site) (That's just the specific Shouei news item, here's the main blog page location.) Was that the community site you were talking about above? Most impressive! Also found another new one that seems extremely up-to-date on all Home regions. Though mainly in English, no attempts appear to be made in translating Japanese-region updates: Sony™PlayStation®Home.Blog As always, I appreciate your knowledge on all this! Yep, that's the official site that's doing all the updates now than the Japan Official Playstation Home website they had years ago, since they don't run that anymore after the discontinuation. They have some cool swag and merch but unfortunately it's only for Japan regioned people, like that nice PlayComCafe coffee mug you can get from a contest. Wished I had that. By the way, I did speak to Afromaniacgreen (a Japanese Home user) about sending SCEJ a message to have a final choice vote for all winning choice items vs. all losing choice items, if they decide to put on a final round of voting (including the Christmas trees and any other holiday themed items they decide to put out). That way, everyone won't get too disappointed in losing all those rewards near the end and would gladly get another chance to win them again, since the people who get 100% correct on choice rewards is rather slim. I'm hoping that they do read it and consider it, since I did ask them via Afro that everyone were not too pleased with the choice voting and not getting the reward after losing like before. As of now, it has been undecided about how long the quiz and choice votes will go on, as for a lot of things like using the Shoei VIP avis onto the space and anything else worth doing.
I think this is info. on the latest vote Steve (as posted by mad-man and Recca): Madman is correct. LOL! Can't escape a cat question from Madman! The correct is indeed 27 animals. The japanese text is this: 27の動物 You can probably find the number 27 in the options to find it easier. You get another special kitty - Cotton - for the correct answer! ・「コットン」
Hi everyone! I have a question regarding Peakvox Labs. My friend is stuck, she can't get the first book of the list to unlock the aquarium on the left side when you enter the lab. It seems that it involves Hibiki but I don't know what to do exactly.
Has nothing to do with Hibiki… You need to collect all 10 "Book of Activation" chapters in the space, and then the extra Cultivation Tank will unlock. Hope that helps… BTW, here's how to get them (it'll take a while):Chapter 1: peakvox labs, entryChapter 2: Abduct Earth, Clear Zone 5Chapter 3: Escape Virus: Normal, Reach 1,000,000 pointsChapter 4: Abduct Simulator, Reach Level 10Chapter 5: Escape Virus: Shooter, Reach 180,000 pointsChapter 6: Security Terminal, Enter code 7310Chapter 7: Escape Virus: Horde, Reach ~400,000 points [mine showed at 398799 in NA]Chapter 8: Hammer Virus, Get FEVER mode 3x sucessfully during one gameChapter 9: Shooting Earth, Defeat the Helicopter Boss to clearChapter 10: Complete 30% of the lab activities [fieldset=Sterling Malory Archer][justif]"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. Thank you Baron Brain! Maybe I wasn't clear enough sorry, I was talking about the tank that unlocks after you complete a list of 5 books. It is the tank just on the left of the free one.
No prob… But sorry, lhere's no freebie tank with just five books. You must have all 10. The other two can only be purchased from the peakvox store. [fieldset=Sterling Malory Archer][justif]"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. Bloody Mary full of vodka, blessed are you among cocktails. Hmm I'm sure I can use 3 tanks out of the 4 but I haven't purchased any. The first one was free like for everybody, the second was unlocked after completing the list of 10 books (as you mentioned), and the third one unlocked after completing the following list of 5 books (if I remember well): http://pshome.riroa.com/lounge16i.html But I can't remember how I got the first book and the translation on riroa site seems quite unclear
So sorry about the confusion before… Seems something changed in peakvox at some point… I've never even seen/heard of these 5 volumes before you posted them. I'll go take a look at riroa and see what I can translate for you (ok, and for me too, since I really want to know what these are). I'll try and get them up tonight for you, but no promises (previous commitment). Later… [fieldset=Sterling Malory Archer][justif]"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. No worries my first post was far from clear I have to admit And thanks for your great help but it really can wait, there's absolutely no pressure on that. Well I'm not aware of everything but basically this tank allows you to get special rewards that you can only get if you mix ingredients in it. I think it also allows you to get a new kind of pets to use in Peakvox Monsters but my knowledge is kind of limited on this lol I'm sure other members here will have much more info
OK… here you go. Activation Book - Truth After collecting all five volumes, an additional artificial cultivation water tank will become enabled.Chapter 1: From Hibiki-san, acquiring illustrated reference book is favorable and is said to have been buried (checked elsewhere, apparently it's thought you need a load of A rank creatures before Hibiki will hand it over).Chapter 2: Abduct Simulator LV20Chapter 3: Escape Virus: Normal, 500000 pts - 600000 ptsChapter 4: Input "3168" at the Security TerminalChapter 5: 25000 sales in the peakvox monster Exchange Shop (assume this means you spent 25000+ points there…) It's a teeny bit rough in a couple spots, but should more than suffice for everyone. But it only really states how to get the books — everything I've checked says the tank will be automatically enabled once you have all five books. Sorry I can't offer any further help for now; doubtful I'll ever see even a single book (though from the requirements, I should have at least two already, but nope!). Of course, I've still never even received a single "demonic" weapon item yet… it only finally handed over the "Blue Dragon Swords" to me about two weeks back. Think any further info is a job for faga or SuperRecca! Good luck!!! [fieldset=Sterling Malory Archer][justif]"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. Well, how about that… seems a few of those books did sneak their way onto my Japanese account… way back on June 8th! And I had no clue they'd existed before last night… Did just grabbed Chapter 2 out of the Security Terminal. But as for Chapter 5, now that I really do doubt I'll see, if only because peakvox monsters just bores me to tears. Oh well, no biggie… [fieldset=Sterling Malory Archer][justif]"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. Bloody Mary full of vodka, blessed are you among cocktails. Might be worth checking out the rewards for the 4th mixing tube before making your final decision, personally I quite like some of them, especially the armours
Thanks… but really, it'll never occur. Please don't take any of this personally — I know you mean well — but, um… guess a warning is in order: ▷ DANGER: Heretical thoughts ahead as I babble to my own choir… proceed at your own curiosity. ◁ I've tried peakvox monsters many times since it was released last February (and even made another attempt a couple days ago), but I could never get into it; nice lounge design, but I just find the game itself seriously boring. What can I say, I'm likely one of the few users here who thinks Pokémon is also dull beyond belief. (Interesting concept, but the always-copied cutesy Nintendo-ish gameplay is just too simple for my tastes.) So much for my seeing "Chapter 5". Then there's the minor issue of "Chapter 1", which I'll also never see unless that "Inferno Apartment" freezes over. There's a far greater chance of my suddenly falling madly in lust with peakvox monsters than ever getting any "A/S"-ranking LProject critters… or the demon series. I do think a few are actually rather cool (the spirits, the aforementioned demons & of course "Maid Zombie Fran-chan"; regular zombies are okay too, even though they don't quite have the "bite" I'd hoped for). But I also refuse to put money towards forced culture potions just to obtain "rewards" that simply aren't the slightest bit important to me. I also don't get why the "A/S"-rank creatures — or subsequent items —are even considered "rewards" since users do have to pay (and pay) just to create them in the first place. They're definitely not free (unless you've gone the ISE method). Paying to get freebies has never made sense to me, be it in games, activities or apartments; these are really only a reward to the devs… Yup, I know, blasphemous me. But that's just how I feel about microtransactions in general. I despise the deluge Home (and gaming in general) has been hit with in recent years, and I believe gaming is overall worse because of it now. I simply refuse to go that route ever again. I'll happily buy a disc/cart (or whatever future hard format comes out, if any) for a game, but I also won't purchase add-on bonus levels, characters, music, etc. Especially at the ridiculous over-inflated prices asked for most items. Insanity! (NIS is one of the worst offenders… there's no excuse for add-ons costing much more than the original game itself did. Other than greed, that is.). And the same goes for Home. If they charged a far-more-realistic fee for digital items (say…no more than 49¢ for certain items, or maybe $1 for an apartment), I'd probably pick up a few things here or there. But I haven't put any money into Home in over two years… not a cent. And I don't see that changing. (I even have some credit still sitting unused in my NA, UK & HK accounts since 2011, as there's rarely anything I'm interested in.) Some folks seem to think it's just about the money with me; it's not (I can easily afford to buy anything here I'd want). It's partially due to principle (the horrendous overcharging on microtransactions), but I also have no burning desire to buy new stuff each week "just because I can". Besides, it's more about the folks I've met, and those I've become quite good friends with over the years; that's a far more satisfying reward for me. Anyway, that's my overlong general viewpoint on peakvox, Home, and it's aggressive & excessive microtransactions. That's just how I've felt about things here, and it's been that way for a very long time. Unfortunately, it's not getting any better… I'm certainly glad for anyone else who is getting far more enjoyment out of the peakvox spaces than I am (or has no issues with the microtransaction proliferation), but I've been increasingly disappointed at the road Home is continually taking. I just expected far more progress after 5½+ years… And now… think I've done enough typing for the next decade. Time to finish off yummy bday cake! Have a good one; hope you got that other culture tank working! [fieldset=Sterling Malory Archer][justif]"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. No worries Baron, was only a suggestion. However I do question your Chapter 1 info a little, since I have all 5 chapters for the 4th mixing tank but haven't as of yet mixed an A/S rank monster in JP. Whether I got the book by mistake or its linked to some other occurrence, percentage wise mayhaps, I do not know.
