Well if we all think about it Sony has updated home this past year with the psplus on home club tags and a few other things I mean come on home for ps3 came out a year after ps3 was released ( i think ) my point is they are nit going to go trough the money spending on updating for nothing just saying. And maybe the logo of home is on that video... testing it on the ps4 for future release? I think it will be on ps4 home has grown alot, and ps3 its the first and only gaming sistem with a popular virtual world that many of us enjoy : )
No I think home is finished now none of my friends hardly ever use it now inc me & I dont spend money on it anymore its just a total waste of money now & a waste of time. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk 2
Here we go again… There's already existing threads about this on the forum, such as this one. Ack, another minor Tapatalk "oops" — only after I posted this & checked the formatting, did it suddenly show as a several page thread; wasn't a new posting at all… oh well, the rest is still valid, and there are solid facts on that other link above. Wishing for a PS4 Home is one thing, but the current facts are completely the opposite — it's simply not coming to the PS4, at least not in any foreseeable future. Sure, that could change at some point, but it's highly doubtful – especially as Sony has shown zero interest in continuing it past the current PS3 beta edition. I'd recommend just enjoying PS3 Home for as long as we still have it available… Sorry. [fieldset=Sterling Malory Archer][justif]"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. My former room mates hamster said he knew a person who fixed Sonys md dishwasher. It was blocked by a note book that said home will be released on ps4 on February 31st Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2

I wonder how much the lack of PS4 support is harming the revenue of the Home developers... Playstation Home feels like the new WebOS TouchPad.
I'm sure it is to some degree… especially considering how strongly Sony & developers have been pushing microtransactions these past few months. (And here I thought it was already at overkill a couple years back…) Without any sort of real future in sight now, why purchase stuff you likely won't be using for long? Also doesn't help matters since Home is so frustratingly crappy right now. The simplest of spaces & activities has horrid lag much of the time now (at least using Sony's West Coast Home servers). Nothing I love more than standing around for 3 mins or so waiting for my Orb Hunter (or other game) session to finally start… … and that's once I finally even manage to teleport anywhere. The server seems to have issues even loading up the Navigator tabs since their 1.85 update. Really looks like they've already abandoned Home in all regions and are just hoping nobody notices for a bit so the revenue stream continues somewhat… Hope some of fixes actually appear after next maintenance as promised. My tummy made a noise, it sounded like the flying saucer that comes over in space invaders. I have nothing nice to say to "gamers", since Doom, gaming has been doomed. There have been some promising signs from gaming, in more recent years and Home is one of those signs. Like them or loathe them nDreams are a successful business and they are heavily involved in Home. Home is an ugly child, and I didn't really get it when people are calling it a game, but therein lies the mentality. I want an entertainment system and I love my PS3 Sony are wanting to get back to the "bankable" money from tedious titles ala COD etc, (yawn yawn yawn yawn yAWN) Playstation Home is something I can see incredible potential for. Sony will lose out if they lose it in the long run I think. If we support Home, maybe nDreams, or maybe Granzella, hopefully someone will take the ideas of Home and continue it, maybe they will buy off Sony, or more likley maybe they start thier own Home, butthey have to prove success & they are not gonna prove that with people nay saying. I'll support Home to the death and only through anger at the appalingness that is killzone, cod, blah blah blah, tedious crap that gaming has become. Sorry, I know there'll be a few "gamers", but I know that the game "submachine", "balance of power", "Turrican" all these and more are what I want and gaming today has very little to offer me. Home is wasted on gamers let the gamers and Sony have their PS4, I still contact the Home devs constantly badgering them for new things for Home, cos I wanna have fun I want bouncy castles and bumpy slides, I want to fly in the ISS and travel to Saturns moons, Home has that kind of possibility. Gaming died back at doom, home is the new frontier. Its like the wild west atm, hehe, hackers arelike bank robbers, We need a gold rush or to strike oil, but. Is tough going just at the moment, as new frontiers are.
Home was ground breaking for a console but nothing home does is groundbreaking, because you have to consider how much info can a ps3 process, how quick the ps network is and how quick is the average internet connection. These all limit homes ability to get the core customer of the PlayStation to go on home. To go horse riding on home, why, it's much more of experience on Red Dead for example. Not just with friends and gameplay but the times that we get booted off home, the loading time. Plus in an era where users have PC's, consoles and tablets. Home is certainly not groundbreaking as in regards to what the pc and tablet competitors do socially. Home does it really have a place on a console? Sent from my ST25i using Tapatalk 2
I think the PlayStation Now beta starts at the end of the month in the US and launches mid of this year in US, EU not due to get it to 2015.
