Is Charcoal Champ a limited event game or just a game you can play after 4th of July and whatever two unlockables they'll put out?

I just got back into this game because at first it seem very hard and I put alot of money into it trying my best to win but now I'm good at it and thanks for your help now I know what type of rewards ill be getting and what order its in this helps me alot and now I'm on the last task oowee I'm getting my trophy wish me luck.
