So it seems NA wasn't able to get the Obon Festival in time. Even if they were able to get it this week, the latest date in any region in Japan ended last week. (Okinawa goes by the lunar calendar)

Did GZ announce that it will? I guess they're doing the same releasing like for the past Kikai and Obuki events in other regions, and making NA last.
