No prob Recca… And thanks again for telling me about it in the first place; appreciate it! Really wish it was an in-Home item though… DUST 514® doesn't exactly thrill me as a game. But I suppose Sony wouldn't be too thrilled to have thousands of full-sized "10 X CreoDron Methana" battle tanks rumbling throughout Home wreaking havoc!!!:fufufu::explosion:
OK… thought this couldn't possibly be any clearer, but I'll give it one last shot. As I corroborated in my previous post, you do not need to win a game of Slay to get the "CreoDron LAV" code — just play and complete a round, win OR lose. I've confirmed this myself… and so has the developer. It's far easier to just play to lose if you want this code, as it takes maybe a minute to burn thru Slay so you can get to the videos… Also, for the record, that recruiter text you mentioned appearing within the game space is incorrect (it's an error). So just ignore it. Here's the exact text about this event as excerpted from the DUST 514 Forums website (bolding & highlighting are mine): Capisce?
You don't really need 6 friends, only 1 who's really good at beating the CPUs. I've done this with Gary and he helped me get the companions last year, and also gave me some info on how to win it myself.

Thanks to replay, finally I can win in the first map - need to make some strategy - it's true - the main thing is not to hurry, work to encircle and do not strive for make heavy cavalry
my best advise is to combine two soldiers to make a mech early on and work on connecting your bases and making sure the connection isnt broken. also don't always create new units just because you can, sometimes it's better to save your resources for when there's an upgraded enemy unit on your border so you can use those new units to take over blocks that connect the unit to it's original base resulting in the upgraded unit being destroyed because the new base doesnt have enough resources to keep it. this is the best way to deal with enemy tanks.
I usually use single troops, then the mechs, then the jets much later on. I never use the fourth one due to it being too expensive and it'll likely deplete and wipe out your defenses via bankruptcy. I played on my second map, usually trying to link my bottom right and left ones together. Then, I make small to mech defenses, but looking for any territory that'll try and muscle in, and either block it or cut through it. After making a connection, I try and grab pieces of land more and expand my territory to make more money for more troops, including cutting other territories apart if they got a jet or mech, destroying their income and making their units wipeout from bankruptcy. I keep doing this until I reach the top part of the map and squeeze them out until there's none left.
yup, this is the key to winning slay is one of the best games pshome has to offer, once you figure it out

Wow, nothing going on in NA, besides the Dr. Pepper promo mini-game in the Hub. Is the Kikai event going on this week here? EDIT: Never mind, I saw a recent post on what's on this week. Should probably be on next week.
