It's daytime I think for hemlock. Try setting your region to some place that's around noontime.

 

All I wanted was some hemlock and she wouldn't giving to me! Just some hemlock and sheee wouldn't give it to me. :smack: LOLZ

 

I got all the rewards in every region this week. Gonna wait until the next update for more unlocking.

 

Skull can be found by playing limbo, I played limbo at 10am GMT Monday and found a skull which if mixed with any other 2 ingredients gives you a sugar skull mask

 

why did home remove this item Ectoplasm and change it with the skull ​

 

It may be timed in limbo game. Then they'll switch it back to ectoplasm at a given time limit.
