Wow O.O :wow: I'm really looking forward to seeing how the Crystal Seashores Apartment and Clubhouse looks like and the rare animals, looks like a great update overall! : D For those who want to get access to the fourth of July fireworks, I picked this up from the playstation forums, set your time zone for the more recent possible time (lowest one on the list) and then go up to set it via internet. Visit pier park and beat the game with at least a B rank and voila you have the July 4th fireworks ;D

Someone merged the Desert Haven with the Mansion Seriously though, look at all the fresh ideas coming from nDreams, Lootgear, Lockwood (even HeavyWater ) recently then Sony dump a cloned apartment/ clubhouse on us.
After visiting the Crystal Shores apartment I can say it is better than I expected, still not something I'd buy though, does have a gift machine with a Palm tree furniture item ;D not sure if there's any mansion perk lol
