Dan got on last night while talking to me, and he's got a new reward from the girl - an exercise machine to do pull-ups, it seems like. As for me? I got a tissue box from her, but I also completed both pinballs and crane games at level 10! Both pinballs have the same value, but now I get 400 happy points per doll I grab at the cranes. I also bought myself another 60 pack and the black suit. I haven't hit the 5000 money thing yet from the girl, but that'll be later on, I think. However, last night, I heard someone typing on a keyboard while listening at the door (I was thinking of trying different options anyways than the cat).

You can visit her in your downtown personal apartment, she's on the window in the room that has the light on, talk to her everyday, on occasions she will give you a reward, as Gary says you need to own the space.
