How about Kefka from Final Fantasy 6? One of the (if not THE) most SADISTIC FF villians ever. Think of it. Because unlike most FF villians who threatened to destroy the world as we know it, Kefka ACTUALLY DOES DESTROY THE WORLD!!! , turning it into a practical wasteland. You gotta give him props for actaully keeping his word if nothing else. :laughing::devil:
Dong Zhuo from the Dynasty Warriors series. Although Lu Bu was the strongest warrior of the Three Kingdoms Era, Dong Zhuo was actually the "Giga-Tyrant-Dictator" of the land. The only despot so vile and vicious that the leaders of multiple kingdoms had to ban together to try taking him down. He took tyranny to a whole other level. :devil:
