Looks like it gives you pictures and gives you Happy points only, possibly more if you do gestures correctly.
I hope thats a new space in the pick with the AVI's in school uniforms, and those are new uniforms too right? Wonder if costumes will play a role in points, I have enough costumes now for a fashion shoot.
The school uniforms were out a few months ago. They only did the blue school girl ones, the aproned blue school girl ones, the female black ones, the male black ones, and the male and female cheering squads for school clothing thus far. I'm hoping they'll put out more.
The pic has "Neon downtown" so it'll probably won't be a new space. I believe it's going to be something like a photo booth.
Actually, though, I was exploring the town and noticed a store title with the shutters half-closed near the fight mob on the right. This may be the place where it is kept, because I think the title when I slowly translated was something about pictures. I'm hoping that there'll be a VIP under the bar for their next update.
I bet the VIP will have something to do with your serving levels or costume, maybe you can't get in without the right sex appeal level! :tounge: I'm enough sexy as is though!
They really have changed up this space. Point wise, and it seems to take way longer to gain HP now than before. Good thing, the lag is gone. But there's some changes. There's a new serving area, near the area where the mob of people are standing. The drinks in there all cost 1000 in game money. So make sure to have lots of money saved up, If you're planning on getting served. Also, it seems even on level 8 in there. I was making over 2100 plus in game money when serving...just depends on what they're ordering. HP points can range from 100-400 in bonuses. I've never seen anything higher in there, yet. The serving level at the club bar, all the items there have had price changes plus hp point changes too. No more 600 in game money items, which was the one you would pick if you wanted to get more HP. The item is still there, but for lower in game money and about 80 hp. They've also added a whole selection of new items to the hp kiosk, and they've also added decorations to the game room and some game in the one room that next to the arcade machines. Looks like a picture game, but I can't be too sure. It does take tickets. The lag has also been decreased a bit, which allows for better typing..and you can now type in game without having to press start and triangle.
Like the mini dress from there, here's a mini selection of the new items available from Granzella Downtown to wet your appetites If you want to wet your whistle, belly up to the baaa. Above, the earrings available. Below, a look at the leopard print dress, some finger bling, the gold watch and a peeping tomcat.
I haven't spent a great amount of time in the space myself, found it got boring fast, especially when it wasn't exactly easy talking to friends while in game, now that they made it a lot easier I may spend a little more time there ;D
I've been holding out on getting any female garb in hopes they put up the gold wedding dress, where is it?!?! I guess since I'm doing better with serving levels I'm just going to get a bunny outfit, gold of course! Recca you've been doing serving every night once at each station? It's what I need to start doing, I've been spending a day in the space once a week building up in one area but that seems to make better sense to leveling up. I found out that when you have a drink from the machine and there is an open cue it will automatically offer to place you in the cue, someone had just done it and was saying that they were automatically cued after clicking through a response after drinking.
These were the pics I got from the new photo machine, it's a lot like the zombie pic's from the Dead Island event but you get an actual menu of options. This could be really fun with a group and fun pic's to see in the music cafe.
I was able to do two of the oden and tavern places, but couldn't go to Japan yesterday to finish up the bar twice, due to a dumb dragon reward not popping up, so I wasted my time there in frustration. After maintenance tomorrow, I will finish up the bar sessions 3 times and then work only one for oden and the tavern just to complete the run full circle. I will check out the new photo booth and the new serving place too. Automatically cued? Wow. Might as well save those tickets for drinks then.
We might be getting this, it's highly possible! I don't think the drinking aspect is a problem anymore now that the casino has bars and is giving out martini hand items. MMMMMMMMMM, MARTINI! :in_love:
I just got the blue dress last night, so I might be going to use more of my money at the salon, just for the big points there, now that I'm at 4 million. Just need the black dress for the most expensive to finally complete the 150K challenge. Honestly, I think this is the best way to earn bigger points for the expensive rewards, and/or you can use the other places once you've closer to your goal to save up your money. I think the best strategy to go by there is serve at the salon first just for the cash, and then spend your earned cash as a customer there. That way, you'd be spending your own higher cash on their higher costs and save a bit of money your way. Also, there seems to be no reward just for serving although you will get extra rounds just for serving a couple of times over, but time will tell when you keep serving over there more and more. I received nothing but 5 extra rounds on my second serving session after I completed one serving session at the salon with Trill, Red, and Goofy. I'm hearing that it goes up to level 5 on serves, but since this game is new, we'll have to wait and see. I will stop by and serve the other places to get my level 6 rewards, so honestly I'm planning on doing so sometime this afternoon or tonight. I'm done with the limited timed event rewards around the regions so I should be okay for now.
I was being served by someone who was pulling in level 12, eating a 1000 point item and getting 750HP. They suddenly dropped to a level 10 and when I ate a 550pt item the servers level went back up to level 12 and I received 414 HP. So maybe having a lesser grade item when the servers meter drops will net a higher levels for the server and yourself? It's as if your adjusting for the drop in levels, re-allocating the points to keep the higher level. Anyone else experience that? I experienced an excruciating wait for the new lounge and gave up, no clients. :tumbleweed:
Worst - space - ever. Graphically nice, yet sonically suicide-inducing, with a dash of some of the most tedious gameplay-to-reward ratios I think I've ever seen within Home. I honestly don't know how anybody can stand it… Ah well, we can't like everything in Home (well, some of us anyway). Perhaps if it was far easier to actually get into it to play… and be able to have some decent interaction with friends… it would be more tolerable. And especially if it didn't rely so heavily on "Granzella tickets" (this "pay-to-play" model is a rip-off). Unfortunately, as is it stands, it has little-to-nothing to offer to someone such as myself. Oh well.
The game is designed similar to some others in home in that it's something that allows you to play and chat at the same time, a social game really. It's definitely a game I'd get bored of fast being there alone and playing, but if I have friends there it's just a little something extra to do while we chat.
I agree with Shaundi. Even though between servings, getting the wall frame reward, and being the customer to play for happy points can be a bit boring at times, if you have friends around, it won't be too dull.
