She was there last Sunday. I had already mentioned it. They usually switch on every Sunday. I think there's gonna be a New Years celebration today in Granzella Beach, since the info on the Navigator menu said so.
There is a large gathering at Granzella just now, let you know in a few minutes if anything happened Okay. seems nothing special happened, at least on my screen..
Any idea how do you get promotional rewards in the Town's oden, restaurant, and bar? I was playing the oden place quite a bit, but no promo reward came, and I'm still under level 3. If I'm to get levels 4 and 5 unlocked, then how do I go about it? Just keep raising more money from one or two people or do I really need 3 people to make it happen? Can anyone confirm on this how do you unlock them and how many there are for each? BTW: For those not wanting to wait for the 3 fans in Edo, change your Time Zone to Tokyo, and head onto JP Home and then Edo. You get the same crazy Irem eggplant background and kites flying all over (not to mention the big flying bird from Granzella Beach), plus those New Years Day plants and the mochi stands decorated around Edo. If you want to catch the first sunrise like Faga did, just wait until midnight by your clocks while you're at Granzella Beach. Just make sure you switch back to your local time region before going onto JP Home. Hey, Faga, did you clap your hands and prayed to the sun, as in tradition?
Thanks Recca, would have never known about how to get the items if I hadn't came and read this thread.
Where are these fans in the Great Edo space? I (still) don't anything at the shooting range except for the normal doll items…
Switch the time zone to Tokyo and get on JP Home and then to Edo. You'll see a dramatic change in the environment, and the shooting gallery will have the 3 fans. Otherwise, wait until tomorrow.
what's that out in the water at the south sea island?!?! The lochness monster?!?! Everyone was standing at the cliff side taking pics of them, and there were several.
:slapped: OH… ffs… duh duh duh! I get it now, thanks Recca. Totally misunderstood you earlier. Since it was already after 8:00am on January 1st in Japan when I went in there, I assumed everything had already switched over and my local PS3 clock didn't make a whiff of difference. (I'll blame my lack of comprehension earlier on being awake for ~36 hours and having little cognitive cells left in the old grey matter… yeah, that's the ticket…) Thanks again!… and have a Harpy Newt Ear!
Faga posted about the gold kappa companion before, and I went there myself and it wasn't there. He then realized he had his PS3 system in his own Tokyo time zone and forgot to tell me and everyone. When I did that, went back on and found it on the rewards menu.
LOL! Kirin in the water at south sea island! I met someone who was able to tell me in english. There is a reward at Peakvox for entering, it's a kite back item for 2012. 8)
I actually got the kite about 2 weeks ago from an unknown bug Reported to peakvox and was recommended not to tell everyone so it doesn't get spoiled :whistling:
This is the kite (hand item) that you get for entering peakvox space. Gotta love Japan. Happy New Year to everyone!
I finally enjoyed the sunrise from the ocean's horizon at Granzella Beach and took some pictures. It was really beautiful. I even took a few of the starry night sky before it came. I dressed up in my traditional Japanese groom clothing when watching it, and it became more of a Japanese tradition. Happy New Year, everyone! Time to celebrate the Year of the Dragon! ^^ (Can't wait to see what Sony Japan has for clothing costumes for the Dragon in their Chinese Zodiac series!)
Hey guys just a quick question here is anyone able to type in Japanese on a non Japanese server on home? It only lets me when I am logged into my Japanese account.
If you have a keyboard with you, you can change the keyboard option in your Accessory Option in your XMB to Korean language. You'll be typing English then.
I think he/she wants to type in Japanese in a region other than Japan Recca. @Consolex-I seem to remember reading that you cannot type in Japanese on other servers.
