Ok, thanks. I still have to go to finish that part. I have been very hesitant to go. With all the extra people going to that space I am afraid of freezing and lag.

 

i'll never get this penguin since i totally suck at bootleggers game... T_T
i hate sony, why put this stupid bootleggers game in a winter quest ???

 

If you want i can help you and just let you get the barrel each time much easier that way.

 

Did anyone get anything besides the 6 fishing trophy wall hangings from the fishing game? I was wondering if it'll have other rewards like from the WT apartment.

I don't understand why people on the SCEA server needs to go via Bootleggers. In EU, all parts of the quest are done within the winter space. Upon completing all goals of the first quest, I received the penguin companion. When I went back to the activity board, I got the decoratable Christmas Tree as well.

 

i havent seen any but for the rest of the winter space hunt, theres a hockey stick, football, candy cane, cup of hot cocoa and 5 mini snowglobes and a stand for it, along with a 'decorateable' tree and a companion

that's wrong, SCEE and sceasia both had to go to bootleggers as part of the quest.
Some people, like myself managed to skip it though as we already had the barrel chair reward for collecting 10 barrels before the quest started.

 

it appears that the game has the same mastering scores as WT, which I have gone pass and not received anything.

 

you don't have to play Bootleggers at all my brother did every quest without playing Bootleggers

 

In that case he must have already played bootleggers previously, if you already got 10 barrels before it isn't needed again.

 

I hated it, too. I was lucky that Hibana didn't violated me with her great skills in the second half, or I wouldn't have the last four four barrels. What was the point of Boot-Leggers? It had nothing to do with the holidays. :|

ok FYI u dont need all 10 barrels at once as long as u collect 10 barrels before quiting the game it will work just go back to polar bear than snoman to get the bird than so to activity board to get the active X-mas tree

 

If you payed attention to what the bear said, he said the penguin was in a barrel, hence the reason for capturing them in Bootleggers.
