so when the tokyo game show space came out i was in us home theater lobby. i found a female avi dressed in the kat costume. she held what almost looked like a ball of blue lightning in the palm of her hand. the lightning seemed to go up to almost her elbow almost like how cole from infamous has lightning in and up his hand/arm. has anyone seen this? or even heard of it? i really want to get that item any help, info, or leads would be cool. i tried searching but cant find it as a note this was before tokyo was in the us navigator and that person as did i had someone invite us to get the free items a week earlier.

Exclusives>bundles>"lightning chick bundle". Yes it is female only. I also like the hand lightning, but the rest of the outfit is terrible and I'm not about to pay 6.99 for a small hand item lol.
There is a way to get it for free. Just attend a convention that Sony has a booth in. Like Comicon or E3, etc. They give away vouchers for prizes like this.
ya, everytime i try to go to comic con tickets are already sold out by the time i know there for sale... and everyone of my friends and other ppl that i know that went DID NOT get one of those cards or stop by the sony booth, i dunno i should drive to scea offices and ask for one theres a few offices near me ya i can see them escorting me to my car now LOL. btw i looked and its $5.99US for that costume
I like the costume for it, but the problem is that it never looks high Rez to anyone else. It's always blurry and low rez to others. But the hair is useful, a short hair piece with lightning arcs. And the hand is my favorite hand item.
