It wasnt there the first time I went either. Try to leave and return and see if it loads then. Its a dog sitting on a BIG throne--you cant miss it....as long as it loads. It will be to the right as you enter, over by the gate.
When do these 5 limited time rewards come about in the Lockwood space? There's a timer at the showcase door. All I got from it was the shopping bag when i entered, and a Lockwood emote when I found Caramel.

the general consensus seems to be that they will come with the new area when it opens next week. You have the 2 free items from Lockwood this week so now we all just wait and see about the others.

To clarify, the Lockwood Publishing Showcase lobby was released this week along with the "Caramel" set dressing in Central Plaza and the Lockwood Emote reward.
