If ure using a debit card to purchase in home in stores and where from a different country than the ps home account were in...such im from usa and I wanna purchase on home from europe, asia, or japan account... Wen trien to purchase, where it says put in card information, we cant change country for where it says enter billing address...for card holder... Is there any way it can be fixed so it can be changed wen putting in card info...and billing address info... to change country of card holders billing address, if the card holders trien to purchase and the card holders in another country?
Buy a travel pre paid credit card loaded with wot currency u want or plenty of sites sell region network cards
Just Buy That Regions PSN Card Via eBay Or Some Other Site That Sells PSN Cards. You Can Find EU, JP, NA Cards On eBay Though Prices May Vary.
I personally use Play-Asia as my way of getting JPN PSN cards. I've had great results so far with getting a code digitally within hours of my purchase. Course there's probably other places that do this as well, just thought I'd throw another suggestion out there.
