Yah, everyone on my friends list is getting the same thing. Seems it's experiencing problems once again. Another DDoS attack from the lovely Anon/LulzSec retards?

 

I heard it's some quick under maintenance thing going on now. Not sure why they are doing this and because, but it's getting rather annoying.

EDIT: Someone messaged me and said they we're making the maintenance for the 4th of July week. Seems that they had forgotten to put in the rewards and wanted to fix it quickly. I got on finally, and rewarded myself the American and Canadian Sparkle Hats and went on Aurora and gotten the Collect-o-rama rewards - missed 3 tasks things but gotten them all done quickly. Plus, I'm at Level 58.

When are they going to put out double XP points?

 

If you buy the Auroralite jacket you will get double XP in the Aurora spaces Recca.

I guess it was probably the later, but I heard about Aurora XP being doubled. I'll go buy it now. Do I need to wear it for it to work?

Sorry, Im not even sure about whether you have to wear it or not, but my guess would be that you dont.

Central Plaza kiosk

 

Hmm...not a single person on Canada and Independence day reward.
It's been handed out by entering Central Plaza starting today.

Probably because it's totally lame compared to the Holiday weekend festivities from a year ago. Central Plaza was awash with stars, stripes and maple leaves. The Fireworks mini-game was available. The reward was a complete outfit plus decent looking shirts celebrating the 2 countries.

2011 hats = very weak effort

 

Sony doesn't really make NA Home events anymore. No New Years, No valentines. Basically they let third party people make events.

I guess it's more profitable to spend our event money to make a gold trimmed mansion......

 

yeah I can fully agree I tried on the hats and they are not all that TBH, I would have loved something along the lines of last year but better like E3.

 

when i got those hats i took one look at them and seen they make you bald ( don't know why they have to do that with so many nice hats ) and put them straight into storage lol.

 

That hat really shoulda been put as an earphone item

 

i still think i wouldn't where it fire lol ( love my skull mask to much ). i wish they would set it up where we could combo items like the skull mask and devil horns. or atleast expand the menu system for options like face or back ect.. so we could use more of the outfit items we have. it would be nice to be able to have on a fav pair of gloves and have that new sword on my back a the same time or like the cat eyes and the vega mask or even one of the superhero mask lol .

 

I'm surprised nobody seemed to have discovered this yet, but the Stitchkins Fruit Salad Bunny Cuddly Toy item is now available (the one given out in the EU and HK welcome back) and is also free in NA. Just look under new items>Lockwood>furniture>Ornaments

 

It seems there is a bunch of new, free and unnanounced items this update.

 

It's not free. It's back at $1.99. EU Home has it free though under New and Recommened statue in Home Square.

 

The ornament of it is free. ;D
