hey eveyone i hope you are having fun racing in the new sodium2 space . but i got to thinking while i was racing ( not a good thing lol ) on how you get credits at the end of the race that add to what you have gotten if you have done anything in sodium1. now i know most of you have more than one account and getting parts for your racer cost alot of credits or if you want to spend money, also you my have not gotten everything from vickie ( atleast i hope i am not the only one lol ). but after a race if you beat your fastest time you get 500 credits and i think 75 credits for not using the air brakes ect...ect... so one good way to rack up on the credits would be do the worst time you can on your first run and the slowly beat it each time. if you beat is by a few tenths of a sec each time you can really rack up the credits ( wish i would have thought of this before i raced on my main account lol ). i hope some of you have not been racing on all the account that way to can take advantage of this and maximise the credits you get from racing. also if you have any other tips you have for the game feel free to add them here ( unless you don't want people beating you lol ) happy racing
The problem I got now is being a veteran racer I got a five star ship, not found anyone else in multi player with five star ship so cant play multi player perhaps it would be a good idea if we organise a race night to sort it out
When I was trying to earn c/xp without wasting boosters, I'd try and finish the industrial sector with these awards: Complete race 68c 100xp Stayed supersonic 108c 150xp (don't drop below 1250kph/770mph) Honing your skill 135c 200xp (less bumps against the wall give you more points) Which gave me 311c and 450xp each try. I need to shave off 0.5 of a second to top my friend leaderboard at the moment.
Here's all the XP bonuses I was able to get personally in Industrial Sector. Some don't stack with each other. For reference, you need 122,225 XP to reach level 20, and 335,599 XP for level 30. Level cap is 40. How about a system on the site/forum where users can submit Home mini-game guides and if approved they get listed with a a - z listing also?

Here's a couple you can get, but wouldn't advise it as they will not get you a better lap time Rocket finish 68c 100xp Untouched air breaks 59c 75xp Now this next award doesn't give you much, but you should get PB's. I've only got it the once, but if you receive: Expert skills bonus ???c 150xp congrats, as I only got this with a flawless lap and a time of 53.614.
Here's another one: Ninja skill bonus 202 cr - 300 exp do a lap in the low 53s or faster (don't go off track or crash no matter how minor it might be) there is SKill bonus as well if you do under 55s clean lap, I don't remember the credits I think exp was 100, I have no idea what the time requirements are for the 2nd track, I don't think I've managed a clean lap on that track yet, it's very tricky. I'm sure there was one for crashing near the finish line but I haven't been able to do it recently.
yep don't think I'm getting that one for a while, it was hard for me to top my friend board and now I can't even get close to my PB. I'm 1-1.5 sec off I remember this award from the beta, i've been trying, but haven't been able to get it either. On a side not I wish we could save multiple racers, that way it would be easier to find a multiplayer matches.
The rocket finish gives a good XP boost, thanks Not sure but when I use both boosts I get it, and when I don't I get "honing your skills" which is worth the same. I use the Firecracker boosters if that makes any difference.

Top tip play sodium two multi player with an account that has never played single player as it doesnt register your personal best time but pays out xp n credits for it every time
Anyone have an issue where you're only stuck racing only one other ghost in Industrial Sector? I have a bunch of friends on the friend board but one of my ghost competitors disappeared from Industrial Sector. I can't seem to earn some bonuses because it's not a full race any more. UPDATE: Once I deleted the friend whose ghost was bugged, I had two ghosts again and could earn full XP. Not ideal but it works now.
Wanting to gain credits?, try just pressing the X during a race and nothing else, no steering, nothing.
