CB Posted this idea on twitter... but with permision i'm posting it here Feva Arena has been great for getting people together. Sodium is great for getting people working together (Scorpio's) So why not a Sodium One Global space? The space would attract heaps of visitors which in turn would hopefully mean a profit for the sodium people. Shops could be in a space of their own so people couldnt buy from regions they shouldnt. Anyway I think its a great Idea CB!
Added a nice poll to the top for you Pia I think it would work really well for a Global space the main Hub and each region could have there own little chill out space. Not 100% sure but i think with the stores there able to swap what content shows going by your region anyway.
Never liked Sodium One, I'd remove the 'free' apt if I could and some of the clothes/item designs are hideous. Sorry ! I prefer a kind of global version of eurovision with Home fans singing there original songs. That would be very funny.
Actually you know what, that’s not a bad idea. Sodium would really suite the whole global space concept. That’s one thing I think XI really missed out on. The whole point of XI was to get people to work together and achieve one goal, to find the truth about what happened to Jess. Sodium has a very similar idea at its core.
I'll admit I don't play the game, visit the space very much and won't wear the clothing (not to my tastes) but the idea of sodium as an online game is great and I think they could be the ones to make the first "commercial" global space I love Eurovision too so that would be cool!
Users could upload there songs to a site and we could vote for the finalist, the finalists would then be on the vid screen in the events space. Home users would then vote for the overall winner via a voting terminal. Unlikely but we can dream !
It's a good idea - maybe we should start a seperate thread? Could we have a Terry wogan commentray too?
S1 is already a laggy room, now add it global and nobody moves right on there. Its one of those rooms (like MuiMui Ship) that cannot be global due to being so much laggy.
