I swear I've seen someone walking around with the green tee from there before, and now I could have swore I've seen someone else with it on just a few minutes ago in Home Square. lol if you see other region t-shirts in region they shouldn't be that called ISE short for Item Sever Exploit only work for rewards not reddem codes and some items do have region locks hope this helped
Oh I'm well aware of ISE and how people hack items into other regions. Its just the shirt in question doesn't look like something a normal ISE user would be wearing is all. The shirt stuck out but the rest of what they were wearing appeared normal to me. I might have easily mistook the shirt to be the Green Motorstorm tee from Motorstorm Carrier is all, could have been something completely different.
Item Sever exploit people wear all Kinda items there collectors of all items. This why Exploit items so wear other region items. Which include shirts punkin's blue flame eyes or anything really. ISE still work today for all regions so it could be an ISE person

You can always use your other accounts to gift that one. Even Japan accts have 64 tokens. They can't receive anything. But they can still gift if your jp account is invited to NA/HK/EU appartment. Or you can make temporary accts, gift yourself, then delete the account.
I doubt they will put it in the mall, but then again who knows... Right now, it's for exclusive PS Plus members, so I have no idea if they'll have it out for non-PS Plus members later on. Oh, and I got my red colored Gift Machine from ordering a drink at the "abandoned" HK Sodium space. lol
Ahhh so PS PLUS member is getting the S2V teleport orb now. So from being beta tester to PS PLUS member and I think sooner or later is going to be a sale item in the Mall so all user can teleport them self in the comfort of their own apt.
